Came in to this J. Crew location recently to figure out my sizing and shop for my upcoming trip to Italy! Sorry if I spell her name incorrectly but... Illie was SO kind and helpful! She brought so many options to the fitting room for me and was very patient while I tried on different sizes. So sweet and attentive! I definitely recommend visiting her at this location! (:

I like J crew apparel and frequent Madewell too. After this last experience it was discouraging and made me want to shop elsewhere. I brought in an item to be returned and was transparent with the employee that I tried it on and didn’t like the feel. Then I was told that it cannot be returned because it was worn. The attitude of the employee was also very cold and not understanding. If this is the return policy then how is anyone supposed to be ever try something on? Technically when you try something on it is wearing the clothing so that policy is very unfavorable for the consumer and downright dumb.

Just about the only place in town you can get halfway decent pure 100% men's cashmere sweaters.
I guess Macy's has them too, but they're just better here.

I ordered some shirts for in store pickup, but I went to pick them up before the order was ready because I didn't really understand the process. The staff were super nice about it and went out of their way to get the order ready while I was there so that I wouldn't have to come back later. Really great customer service.

Helpful staff and well organized storeedit: came back to buy shorts and I was the first customer in today. Matthew helped me and was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and jumped at the chance to help me. That guy is awesome and made my shopping experience above and beyond.

Five-star suit fitting and buying experience - staff is top notch, kind, and super attentive, fit was perfect, and with a fitting appointment I was wrapped up in less than an hour. The Ludlow I landed with looks and feels fantastic. Highly recommend this location.

I normally avoid the mall at all costs, but I needed to find a suit for work. After fruitless searches in several stores, I was about ready to give up when I went to J.Crew and found a sort of fairy godmother in Tina. She was so helpful, real, encouraging, and kind. I walked out with exactly what I needed. I never expected to have such a good experience, but Tina single-handedly turned my day around! She deserves a raise!

Sarah the manager was fantastic! The cashmere selection is amazing and I love all the new pieces she helped me style. Saved so much money with the credit card as well, definitely worth it! Love shopping at his location

The manager at this store is rude AF and the entire staff ignores customers. Plus their clothing is cheaply made is China. Save yourself and shop local.
