Had a mixup where somebody removed an item that was supposed to be included in my lot. Staff quickly reworked my paperwork and made it right. Thumbs up for JSA, thumbs down for the guy that took what wasn't his.

Obvious missing parts not even mentioned in the auction. I understand buyer beware. However they don't make it any easier for the internet buyer. Be careful and look close.

I bought 3 lifts at there auction in May and couldn't be happier. Well organized and very professional staff. Would recommend. Them to everybody!!!!
