Waited a whole 10 minutes to be greeted with give me a second… customer service here is none-existent. Definitely won’t be coming back here!

I love Jack in the Box and we don’t get it in Canada. This location delivered an Ace and the staff were super nice and even gave me a Jack in the box Hat to take back to Canada!

Food is usually okay, not really any better or worse than any other Jack in the Box, but if you're gonna randomly be closed for no damn reason at 930pm on a Sunday you need to at least turn off your Drive Thru Open sign.
