Great experience, Marisol was fast, friendly, and knows what she is doing. I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for the last twenty years. I had a bad experience last year at a different location and was going to find another tax prep this year but decided to take a chance at this location. It was not disappointed, I will be back! Thanks Marisol!

Just finished filling my tax with my husband at this location with Mirasol Bannan and she was wonderful ? the appointment went well and super quick ? she had us laughing the whole time joking with us as well lol she's an absolute angel ❤

Knowledgeable and helpful in preparing my return. I guess I did not have anything worth considering as deductions as I was not asked during my visit. Unfortunate, that I had a scheduled appointment and due to someone before me showing up late, it delayed my appointment by a half hour, which then put the next customers behind in their appointment. I felt like things were rushed.

Have been with Jackson Hewitt for 7 years. Excellent service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Their locations were convenient, well kept and have an inviting feeling when you walk in. My accountant was very helpful and offered advise on filing for next year.

I was charged $786.00 to prepare my taxes and was denied my refund advance?? I have been approved for the Refund Advance for the last 8 years!? Jackson Hewitt and Republic Bank are definitely scamming innocent people that desperately need THERE $$$... They should be ashamed of themselves!! I will be contacting the News Channels as well!! This is absolutely ridiculous that these people think it's OK to scam people out of there money when they really need it the most!?
