Julian is outstanding! I stopped by the store and was greeted immediately by Julian with a smile and upbeat personality. I was not expecting such outstanding customer service! Exceptional experience by a great gem of an employee to represent Jacksons!

store is great when it comes to cleanliness , I met the general manager she seems polite and proud to be taking care of this store .
At this place there’s always a gas attendant outside ready to help customers . Pretty chill.

Omg the girls that work the morning shift on April 15th at 1035am are so rude and have no idea about there products or how to treat a customer. Was not carded for my tobacco product definitely bad management will not ever be returning

Never had people say hello to you at a gas station every time when I walk in . Staff is nice and opens the door for you .

Turnover in store clerks has really changed the atmosphere at the neighborhood Jackson gas station. Where once used to be friendly staff that were helpful and kind-hearted. Now we are left with lazy self-absorbed store clerks that can't seem to do more than one thing at a time you have three gas attendant guys here one hangs out in the back the other minds the gas station pumps and the other one that's a little thicker than all and brown hair stays at the register unable to move or assist you with anything. Normally I do not leave negative reviews but since this is my fourth trip into this gas station the same attendant here three of the four times and only one time give warrant that maybe there wasn't enough staff and even he sound time I just had wait 5 minutes to count a woman by dollars bottles and hams don't sell the cans if you don't want to return them and don't look at me like I'm some bum because I'm bringing you back cans.

The cashiers say hello to every customer when they go into the store. That might not sound like very much but for me, in the era of unwelcoming, silent cashiers who see the customer as an obstacle that prevents them from texting on their phones, whose parents plopped them down in front of screens rather than actually interacting with them and passing on the values of manners and the concept of being polite, it is quite meaningful. It earns them my business everyday, a notion that is as foreign to other businesses as daily showering is to their employees. Kudos Jacksons!

Timothy was the greatest gas attendant I’ve ever had. He taught me how to pump gas at the self serve station!! He was so kind and helpful. Come here for all your gas pumping needs and ask for Timothy if you need help!!

Yesterday when i was traveling thru portland i got off the highway to get my gas cause my gas light was on get this, I actually was greated by someone at pump#1. Timmothy was so friendly and kind he asked me how my day was, offered to wash my window cause there was a bunch of bugs on it, how could i refuse that so before pumping my fuel he helped me with getting my rewards card to work cause it wasn't working properly the other times i stopped at other Jacksons i went to i saved .40 cents on a fill up. After my fill up he asked me if i needed a receipt i wanted the receipt to see what i saved all together cause i was curious i saved 11 dollars this made my day when i saw that. I didn't know Jacksons took fred meyers rewards. I appreciate there's still people that pump gas in Oregon, because most places are switching to self service pumps. Because of the new law that just passed apparently. He said he was a new hire and just got his name tag. I even asked him about the new gas self service pumps thing and he explained and i figured it out. This guy Timmothy was amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable when i needed it the most. Whoever hired him, He's a keeper. Jacksons #563

Parked near the building. Was rudely asked to move. There was no indication I was parked wrong. Took my business elsewhere.Inside is dirty. Employees were on their phones and were rude. Typical Jackson’s.
