This gas station does NOT do “full service”. You have to literally go inside and specifically ask them to pump your gas. Which entirely defeats the purpose of a full service station. Can I pump my own gas? Sure. But sometimes I don’t want to get out of my car and therefore the convenience of not having to is what I pay for. Twice now I’ve gone to this station and specifically stopped at the first “full service“ option they have. The other side is self service. Both times I waited a full 30 mins before going inside to ask what was up. They were not busy at all. One of the employees was even outside smoking a cig for a little bit while I was waiting. Still no service. Don’t label your stations as “full service” if you’re just going to completely ignore the people that stop by. Next time I go, I’m going to bring snacks and a timer and see how long it actually takes someone to do their job.

Don't bother to get gas here if you want full service, no one ever comes out to give you service. Stopped for gas a few times and never get service. Not coming back again.

I have been going to Jackson's for years now to grab a cup of coffee and use to get gas there also. Since nobody will come out to assist in getting gas whenever I've been there I just quit getting gas there. I was still getting coffee and snacks there seeing as how I live near by and go past there on way to daughter's house almost daily. My daughter and son inlaw both have been going to Jackson's for years way before me. Well that will change for not only myself and family but our friends also are not going to go there from now on after the way we were treated last Saturday night. We pulled into a space in front and my daughter hopped out to run in and grab 2 packs of Marlboro 100s for her husband. As she got to chatting about how she quit smoking years ago and is getting these for hubby at home, the guy behind the counter after putting them in a bag pulled them back from in front of her and refused to finish the transaction with her because she had stated they weren't for herself. Now mind you she is 45 years old and asked to even speak to a supervisor of which did not change a thing. So when she came back out and in shock told me what happened I decided I would go in and buy them for myself and what i do with them after leaving their property is no ones business right? I walked in, nicely asked for 2 pks Marlboro and the same rude guy said No because I was in the same car!! I am blown away!! I've Never in my life been denied something on the basis of being in the same car as someone they refused. And I Am a Smoker. Buy my marble menthol there all the time! Well not no more because this was all very rude and wrong on their end. Just totally uncalled for. There you have it. Don't go here unless you want to be or see others being treated like sh..

if you have mobility issues and cannot easily get out of/back into your car to pump your own gas, this isn’t the place. idk what it is but if you go to the full service side of the gas pumping stations they will not be of assistance. this happens every time. idk why i keep coming back and expecting anything different lol. just wanted other people to know just in case

This store used to be good. When the former manager was fired they made a severe mistake by not promoting an individual who has been there for years "Jason " should be managing that store. He is respectful ,kind and a good person, he's social and handles business appropriately. Knows the locals and regular customers by name. The person who they brought in from an unknown area( the ghetto in Portland) is flat out rude and pathetic the very definition of unhelpful and antisocial. What the fuc is going on with that places management?

All the employees are wonderful! They always remember our names and are very friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit too high, but that's the price you pay for 24 hour convenience. Love the milkshake machine!

This place is a very reliable fast pace 24 hour gas station and convenient store. The employees here always have a smile on their face and are always very prompt and ready to help when needed. They always go 110% for their customers. Especially Amanda, she has a knack for building customer retention I've noticed. She has a lot of regular customers that stop there because they know she's working. She's got that sunny positive personality that people love that's why it's become the number spot to stop to fill up.

They have an excellent meat department and carry good pasture raised meat, their deli is amazing. They carry good organic, natural food choices.
