Don’t go here. We were not able to pay at the pump, so we went inside and paid, where it also did not work. The employee who checked us out was very rude and actively unhelpful. After quite a bit of confusion and back and forth, we ended up leaving without filling up. We left gasless and gaslit.

Probably the best Jackson on the Eastside for a late night snack. The clerks deal with so much activity from the shelter down the road and deserve a medal for how they handle it all.

I gotta say hands down this is probably the worst Jackson’s you could possibly go to. Very few employees that aren’t disrespectful as high hell. I’ve been accused of multiple things I haven't done despite asking for proof of these various accusation no one seems to be able to show me any. It’s unfortunate, I’ve spent a lot of money here. I guess the Jackson’s up the road is getting my business now… you know, the one without the profiling and verbally abusive employees that work there.

Sold me wine that the seal was broken on.
Boxed wine has seals under the cap ( you dont check this in the store!) when returned home and discovered the seals where broken on the inside and missing the pull tab on BOTH packages. store refused to talk to me about it and refused to check the other stock. my concern was that they where tainted with drugs (fentanyl) given the neighborhood. they told me they did not want to check the other stock and told me to call the company that made the wine. My concern was not the money or returning them at this point it was to ensure that they pulled the stock or checked it so that others may not fall victim, but they basically told me they would not talk to me anymore and that i needed to GO. CRAZY! needless to say to prove my concern was not just my self i destroyed the packages in front of them, a refund or exchange wasn't the point... it was the safety of our community and I'm discussed that they could not see the concern.
I will be contacting the city enforcement about this as well as the OLCC. Its crazy to think that i would bring all this to them for no reason, and they would treat me like I'm crazy over $14.

Great workers. I had a flat tire and the fuel island worker helped me with the air machine. I went inside and the bathroom was cleaned and stocked. I was short and the cashier covered the change I forgot. Everyone was working and was busy it’s nice to see people working and not just standing around. Quick friendly service.

I was in town for a work conference 7/17-7/19. Was a culture shock for sure. Got turned around my first day found my way to this Jacksons on Grand. The staff was polite, friendly and helped me find my way. Clean bathrooms, stocked shelves, and good hot coffee! It had a houseless presence outside of the store, but witnessed staff help pay for items and treat them with respect and human decency. I noticed they had armed security and a large camera in their lot which certainly made me feel safer, more companies should foot the bill to protect their employees. Went back a couple times for snacks and drinks in between work events and before my flight 10/10 would shop there again. Jacksons is always a superior convenience store choice, even with the area against them this store lived up to the Jacksons name I know and love from back home.

This place is a total dump. The employees allow large groups of extremely aggressive homeless people to camp out right at their front door. When you pull up and park you immediately feel unsafe, and question whether you should even park your car for a few minutes. This location is completely out of control with the homeless situation, and it seems like the staff encourage it. DO NOT PARK HERE OR SHOP HERE. This gas station is extremely unsafe.

It's supposed to open at 4am and it's 4:36am. Not an employee in sight. Also if there a 24 hour store then theve completely missed the ball because they were also closed at 12:15am till now. I vaguely remember having a similar problem another time where I had to like wait for them to clean the floor inside or something before I could go on, or I was able to go in and it was like a murder scene with equipment and caution tape. I can't remember though exactly but I just remember really bad vibes. I'm a security guard across the street and literally just need some water. Also keep the aressive behavior and drug use away from your store. Wouldn't be surprised if the employees are contributing to this demonic atmosphere around the building. This sore needs to be reported to corporate.Update. 523am and still not open. I'm probably going to get sick now because I can't get a fricken water. Also anyone else notice there gas prices are over 50 cents more per gallon them some of the other shells. This place is straight trash.

Clerk closes 24 hour store for no reason at 5:30am. I imagine the owner would be livid !! The busiest time of day and closes the doors to a 24 hour store. I imagine Someone is getting fired!!

One of the attendants was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me find a part I needed for my car.
