Shoddy convenience store that I only stopped by because I desperately needed a phone charger. When I went up to ask the employee at the front if they had phone chargers, she asked me if I wanted beer. I did, but I didn't know what I wanted yet, and I didn't know that they locked the doors to the beer coolers (not a thing where I'm from). I said no, as that's not what I walked up there to ask, but after she answered me, I re-answered the beer question and said that I actually did want beer and asked if it was locked (since that's what I inferred from her question). She got really upset and said "I asked you that already. That's literally the first question I asked." Without even getting a chance to look at what beers they had, I was forced to pick something at random as she walked to the beer cooler impatiently. I hope she's able to find a job in another field that doesn't involve interacting with customers.

Me and 2 of my friends used our EBT cards here on separate days, during the same week.All three of us had our cards skimmed and drained of the balances. Be very careful using electronic payments. The staff are also super rude.

Horrible, HORRIBLE store. Stupid, RUDE idiots that refuse to EVER get any sale prices correct, even if you specifically ask them. Omg. I will NEEEEEVER be going back here. Horrible. Then after telling me they can't help me in the slightest bit, ( or trying), the lady then covered up her name tag so I couldn't even see who I was dealing with. Little nasty, thieving. Lying childish losers work here.

Young kid with Sideshow Bob hairstyle ripped me off for .95 cents, I counted out 5 dollars in quarters for the pumps and went to fuel. I was dismayed to find that the pump stopped at $4.05, I went back in to dispute this and he said I gave him 4 piles of quarters and one nickel! Definitely not the case. And he knew it because he asked the manager if there was a way to check the til right then.Gas is expensive enough and now I got Sideshow Bob jr taxing me on top of it. Aaaaaaaaaaahg!

Jackson’s Food Stores had to pay out $1m dollars recently because they told a black customer “we don’t serve black people”. The management ignored the lady’s complaint and they are still in denial despite the judgement. No right thinking person should support this company?

Terrible customer service! Waited several minutes for someone to come out and pump gas (no other customers there), got out to pump my own gas (which we are NOT supposed to do in Oregon) then finally a gas attendant came out. No apology, no smile, looked irritated that she had to work and smelled bad. She just grabbed my card and started. I took my card back and said "no thank you, I'll go somewhere else to get gas". Drove across the street to another station and was in and out within minutes with a friendly hello and thank you! Too many gas stations to choose from to have bad service! I would recommend staying away from this station.

5 stars for being the only gas station that we could find that was open at 10:30pm on a weekend. Google maps failed us, wrongfully telling us that nearby gas stations were open 24 hours. Had to return the rental car that night with the same amount of gas, otherwise, we'd get charged $12/gal. We told the attendant (kid probably in his teens) that we're from California and wanted to know what the procedure was and he let us pump it ourselves! Scandalous!

To the district and regional managers..plz hire employees with moral fiber and principles and ethics that align with your company standards and please for the love of whatever you appreciate in life carry plastic bags for you're non crack smoking customers to carry their purchases in if they are over $10, which is what you wish for, correct? To have bigger purchases?.Who runs this chain?. A child????

I've been in this particular store twice in the last two nights while in the area. The cashier's have been pretty friendly and the establishment seems clean. What they're lacking is space. The place is really small and just the minimal amount of drinks and snacks are provided. Not a lot to choose from, but they have the basics.

The employees are very lazy and rude, that’s nothing compared to how bad Chris (the manager) is. He is horrible at customer service and is very inappropriate/rude. Never coming back to this store again!
