the staff is amazing. great selection of items.. the rewards programis the best of any buisness around. i highly recomend this place. i buy from here daily as they have killer deals. and they make sure to have my daily bought items in stock at all times.

The associates here are loud and aggressive. I just got a new phone and it looks like my Jacksons App didn’t transfer so I couldn’t find it right away and the checker aggressively reached across the counter and poked my iPhone trying to pull up the search function and start commanding me how to use it then went on to try and lecture me as if I’d never used the Jackson’s app before even though I already told him I had.

I feel so at home at “the BLACK Jackson’s”. They have such a strong black culture that helps diversify rest of the loyd district . The light skinned manager Nellie is always so helpful.

The fat rude lady BARKED loudly to a store half full of customers at 11:45pm that she wasnt ringing up anyone on the registers for the next 15 or so minutes because she was "working on the registers". Note the time...... Store closes at midnight. The lazy fat lady just didn't want to ring anyone up. What's the point in even opening the doors when you have lazy rude employees. That lady needs to lose her job

Doors were locked during business hours and when I inquired about it they responded with an attitude that was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. So I turned around and left. I’m not going back there for a month or two because I don’t support any business that doesn’t put the people first

I have used Jackson's for a long time, today I got nothing but a headache from the female clerk. I was in a work uniform and my work truck was outside, I asked for the restroom key, and she looks me up and down and says, I guess you're OK. Yes, I'm a little muddy from working outside, but that should not matter. When I went to pay for the coffee afterward, more attitude from her. I will not use this Jackson's ever again. She made me feel not welcome and like she was doing me a favor, allowing to shop here.

Terrible customer service! Waited several minutes for someone to come out and pump gas (no other customers there), got out to pump my own gas (which we are NOT supposed to do in Oregon) then finally a gas attendant came out. No apology, no smile, looked irritated that she had to work and smelled bad. She just grabbed my card and started. I took my card back and said "no thank you, I'll go somewhere else to get gas". Drove across the street to another station and was in and out within minutes with a friendly hello and thank you! Too many gas stations to choose from to have bad service! I would recommend staying away from this station.

The people who work nights are very NICE BUT ONLY 3 STARS FOR THE STAFF. THE REST DUE TO RATS OUT SIDE OF THIS BUSINESS AND LOT OF DRUG SEEKING HERE AND IT STINKS ALSO. Update TONIGHT THE RATS ARE OUT 15 RATS GOING BACK FOR OLD FOOD THAT PEOPLE DROP AND LEAVE THERE IS A RAT INFESTION AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOT IT IAM SO SCARED

I'm a manager for a restaurant chain. And this place has the laziest employees I have ever seen. In my opinion this place needs better work ethics. And more respect for each other and helping each other out. Yeah its nice for a quick stop but as far having good service not recommended.

5 stars for being the only gas station that we could find that was open at 10:30pm on a weekend. Google maps failed us, wrongfully telling us that nearby gas stations were open 24 hours. Had to return the rental car that night with the same amount of gas, otherwise, we'd get charged $12/gal. We told the attendant (kid probably in his teens) that we're from California and wanted to know what the procedure was and he let us pump it ourselves! Scandalous!
