It says 24 hours and I go there and the door is locked while the guy is out smoking a cigarette. He said they will be down until around 4:30am and I walk back home. It says 4:34 am. Don't say you are open 24 hours if you are not actually open. Thanks a lot.

They are locked up at night so you cant get any food, coffee, bathroom. Hire people thst are not too scared to work late!!

Absolute worst Jackson’s I have ever been to. Unfortunately this is the closest Jackson’s to me so I am in there almost daily. Rudest employees I have ever seen at a gas station. The older Latina lady that works in the morning is so rude. She has tried to overcharge me multiple times and when I confront her about it she pretends to not speak English. Avoid this Jackson’s at all cost!

A male employee at this Jackson’s made comments about “how’s ICE” as in the immigration people, to an AMERICAN CITIZEN today because he was brown. Really good look for your business. Will be looking into other ways to report you! 💞

Went in the early morning today, threw clerks working all on their phones behind the counter. I asked the person ringing me up if they had any more of an item. They said "if we don't sell it we don't have it" I said what? This is the only location that never has it, all the other Jackson's do. The person and another clerk repeated the same thing. "If we don't sell it we dont have it" I told them clearly that makes no sense and that I can't buy it if you don't sell it. Bunch of weirdos. This is the only Jackson's location I have issues with regularly

My husband went to the store to get something and one of the guys that work there told me to leave that I’m banned from the store for no reason!
When one of the managers already told me I can come to the store that it was a misunderstanding for banding me over the Red Bull and the guy that works there with the glasses the guy talking a lot of nonsense trying to piss me off to get me kicked out of the store a good store to come to people are just pressing peoples buttons !!!!! I come to the store with my family with no problems before

I’ve come to this gas station multiple times a week for gas and convenience store purchases for the better part of over a year now. Old guy with long hair and a beard felt it was appropriate to yell at me kicking me off the lot today at night after I decided to park in front of a pump. the fuel semi was blocking off the parking and as per usual, there was a sketchy car near the air for tires. He came over to attend service, mind you this is a self service pump, and tapped on my cars gas door multiple times, when I got out I let him know I was just running into the store to which he told me to move my car and park over near the sketchy car because “I like to keep my lot clear”, I declined and continued to walk to which he then yelled toward me to get off the lot and refused service(Mind you the entire lot is 8 pumps and only 2 were taken to include mine). Never have had any notable issues here before, however I won’t be coming back here anymore. 10pm 3/17/24.

I am only giving a 1 star rating because I went to this gas station this morning and asked fir just $10 worth of gas but I see on my debit card that I used reads thst $17 was debit from my card. I don't think I will grt gas from this station again.
