Can't say enough about how helpful these guys are. Brought my speakers in because one seemed to by out of whack and they figured out the problem quickly with a simple fix and soldering iron. No charge!! Went back again a few months later for a tweeter problem and figured out what might be the problem by experimenting and discussion. I was ready to pay $99 for a new tweeter but they recommended it try again at home with some adjustments to the Lpad. Sure enough, problem solved and I didn't spend a penny. We are lucky to have Jamac!!!!!

Jamac is amazing. Whether you are having speakers repaired or purchasing new. They are informative, professional, and very helpful. They are the only company that I trust and HIGHLY recommend.

Great customer service! I brought my JL audio sub because it had a small hole in the cone. The speaker got fixed super fast and im very happy with the result. Thank you for the kind service!

Not sure who I talked to but whoever it was (and I really hope it wasn't the owner) is doing the business a disservice! I called to see if they can swap the EPROM on my subwoofer PCB because it could no longer communicate with my sound bar wirelessly and was told, "You're better off just buying a new one!" Umm yeah, no... Fortunately I was able to get my subwoofer repaired by another shop but seriously, OMG! If this repair was something that was out of their skill level just say so! I can't imagine how many people they've potentially misled with $h!ty advice like that! In my opinion, either get with current technologies or close up shop!
