Shopping areas are still on a come back tour. Homeless are not as bad as last visit. Stores are not so heavily patrolled so it seems like a safer place to shop. I will always come back and give them another shot.

This place use to have a giant mall with a carousel ? in it. I desperately miss those times, one of my favorite memories with my late grandmother was there. Time has passed and I'm 24 now but I still hold on to those memories. Oh and I come here whenever I dont feel like paying taxes.

It's a sad, sad story here these days. No more restaurants and the stores have to close early. I was in the TJMaxx, and a guy walked out with an armload of stuff. The staff didn't bat an eye-Its a daily occurrence to them now. It's that bad down here. I barely felt safe with my friends, I'd NEVER bring my kids down here. :(

Back in the 90s this was the spot. It sure isn’t now. The evidence of allowing anyone to steal, break and vandalize is right in front of you. With no Walmart now the entire mall just never seems busy.

Took a friend to best buys, lots of places there all indivual stores now for years, sure liked the mall years ago, but, moving on, today good many to visit of shops, gets you out side to fresh air changing shopping areas. Be nice somewhere in the middle area across from target or further to have a bakery/coffee/ ice-cream sit in. For late spring /to winter cold months just bakery/ coffee/ hot cocoa, other drinks.Hope to see one come.

Awesome. The center has everything needed for a good shopping experience. Great store selection and good food too. Pretty easy to just take a right off the freeway. :) Nice work.

This has to be the worst managed store I've ever been in nothing in order of sizes dirty dirty store very rude sales people they act like your bothering them if you ask a question where something is located. I used to love shopping here but never again.

Seemed as I recalled it from past visits. Home Depot's prices on Denatured Alcohol were the best I've seen this far, *if one buys a gallon.* Otherwise, try Fred's.

The Home Depot, @ Jantzen Beach.Clean, friendly store. Almost forgot about Jantzen Beach, as a Mall destination. So easy to get to; I-5, or thru St. John's. They had everything I needed, and even gave me discounts for broken packaging! Contractor bags, for example. A couple of the boxes were wet, and basically destroyed. I asked for 10% off. The employee gave me 40% off; so I bought 2!

I bought a sofa and matching recliner. I love them. Had them for about 4 years and still comfortable. Cushions stay firm. I like their stuff.

This center hosts quite a variety of stores. The best thing about this place for me is it got three TJMaxx corporate stores, always a great treasure hunt. And, a Panera for a quick quality bite. Plus a Petco to look at some cute pets. They also have a Target, but I frankly don't know what Target is doing these days, I am not part of the loyal fans group for it ever but some ppl seem to really like it. Ross is great for finding relatively cheap canvases and decors. Best Buy is decent. Michael's is fun if you are into DIY. I wish there was a Nordstrom Rack or at least one higher end store there.

To call it a strip mall would be a stretch because the location is ginormous however this place has all your day to day shopping needs taken care of . Don't go looking for high end clothing etc because you wont find it here but it has stores like Ulta , Home Depot, Target, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Ross Stores, Burlington, Petco, Best Buy, DSW and Michaels etc with a few restaurants thrown in . Lots and lots of parking , infact it's a parking lot that also happens to have stores around it . Most of the shops do curbside pickup here and a few of them are also Amazon Lockers . The only reason this shopping center exists is to provide WA residents with tax-free shopping and I think it serves its purpose very well in that case .

Too much crime, watched a women walk out of TJ Max with an armload of clothes, they have a security guard who wasnt allowed to do anything. He said the Burlington there is the highest theft in the country.

Just needed a Best Buy store. Don't go in the early morning or late afternoon. Traffic on I-5 sucks, as usual.
