Javier was nothing short of amazing! We are first time homebuyers (First generation buyers at that!), Javier explained the entire process so thoroughly, always available for the 400 questions we had through the process and made us truly feel so taken care of. He took our wants and needs and used his expertise to truly help us find and negotiate a great deal in our dream home. We cannot recommend working with Javier and the Alomia team more, they absolutely made us feel like family!

Javier was incredible helping us sell our home. He helped us buy the home 3 years ago and he is so good we wanted him to help with selling the house. He was very informative with helping us prep the house and has a menu of contractors to help improve the house to get the best selling price. He is knowledgeable about the area and market and helped us price in a competitive market. We left for the weekend for open houses to occur and by the time we returned we had 9 offers, half above asking. He is gifted at his craft and very personable. We moved out of state and I feel we will never find a real estate agent like Javier. He is a unicorn. He is the sweetest and we will miss doing business with him.

I love when I get to wholeheartedly recommend a company, person or service. In this case Javier and his team were all three and found me my next home. I drove up from CA and spent 2 1/2 days on a whirlwind tour of places meeting the criteria I had set out. Some worked, some didn't, but when I walked into the space at the Atwater Place, I knew I had a serious contender for my next place to live. Javier clearly loves his work, is kind to everyone, very professional, and basically a really nice guy. Communication from his office was clear and concise. Together we made an offer and closed within two weeks. Thank you Alomia Group.

Javier Alomia made the home buying process during a challenging buyers market for my spouse and I possible. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer to working with the mortgage banker. This made it easy to move into our first home in less than 2 months of starting the home buying process! Highly recommend.

When it comes to buying and selling what is quite often your biggest asset anyone wants to work with someone who is experienced, professional, honest, and have your best interest in mind. I consider myself extremely lucky to get to know Javier and worked with him multiple times to represent me both as a buyer and a seller - first when I was purchasing my first place - a condo - 8 years ago and again selling the well-loved condo in this eventful year of 2020. In the addition to all of the qualities above, Javier truly loves what he does, cares for his client, and never hesitates to go the extra mile - recently he even set up a video production team and their work is phenomenal!!! As someone who would always like to understand how things work I ask a LOT of questions in the process. Javier has the capability to explain intricate things with great clarity and simplicity. He makes great recommendations for strategies, is proactive in his communication, and covers every need in the process. When selling the condo, initially things did not go as smooth as we hoped for reasons that we cannot control, but that makes me all the more grateful to have someone I trust representing me and monitoring the whole process - whether it’s busy, quiet, smooth, or with ups and downs. In the end, we sold the place in just two months at a great price to a great buyer!It has been a pure pleasure to work with Javier. I would recommend him to any new and veteran buyers/sellers with the highest regard!!

Javier was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was willing to accommodate our crazy schedule and was incredibly responsive. He was able to answer our questions and did the research when needed. Javier has assisted us with the purchase to two properties (a fourplex and single family home) in the past five years. He's a joy to work with, and I would highly recommend him. He knows his stuff, works super hard, answers your questions, gives his professional recommendations, and protects your interests. He's also ethical and looks out for everyone. I honestly don't think we would have landed our most recent home purchase without him - the competition was abundant and the selling agent was less than ideal to work with. Even on the day of closing, it was Javier who filled out the paperwork for the sellers to rent back, because their agent didn't bother to protect them. All in all, Javier is a good one to have on your team.
