I was recently at jiffy lube with my 2011 ford crown Victoria. The cashier Bradley was very knowledgeable and friendly and he did not try to up sale on products I didn’t yet.
He alerted my that my oil drain plug was stripped out. They were able to replace the plug and advise that it would smart to replace the oil pan in the near future.
I observed that the staff Jackson, Quincey and Lawrence. Treated my vehicle with respect. I think I saw one of them take the time wipe e off on oil drop left on the hood that I don’t think I would have noticed.
I has used jiffy lube in the past and didn’t always get the best service and I admit I was skeptical to go again. I did have the time to do my own oil change. I needed to be ready to drive long distance at a moment’s notice due to family obligations. However I was pleasantly surprised by the staff that were there, my whole time there was under 15 minutes they were polite friendly and efficient

Very thoughtful crew. Looked at my engine with me as well & we talked about fixes for an gasket issue. Take your time with them & they'll do the same.

These guys helped me out even in over 100 degree weather! As a former Jiffy Lube employee, I appreciated them taking their time with my vehicle and making sure that things went smoothly, they even replaced a lightbulb for me that I never got around to doing myself. Only thing I can suggest is that they should definitely invest in some more fans for these guys and maybe hire a Customer Service Advisor to help with customers. I will definitely be back!

This place has been great. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now for oil changes and little bits and bobs. They’ve always done great work, but recently their customer service has been next level. Highly recommend

The quickest oil change experience ever. Went in around 6:20pm, no one was in line, pulled up, went inside and was done within 10 mins. The person helping me didn't say much more than a few words but I don't mind that, it was quick and straightforward. One of the best oil change experiences I've had.

They will try to scam you. During an oil change they told me my transmission and power steering fluid were both dangerously low and contaminated and tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to change them. Brought the car to a competent mechanic a week later and they assured me that both are fine.

Stopped in for an oil change & have never gone to another jiffy lube that is as good as this one, the excellent customer service & the managers Scott and Daniel go above and beyond to make sure I was ready to hit the road again.

today: worst experience in a car shop ever
i went in to ask about a quick tire patch
the person there, young white with long curly brown hair, was extremely rude
i had to get their attention to even "help" me... which was from them... "What?"
as i asked what i was looking for, they then told me "there's only 3 of us here, i won't do that. go to les schwaub"
i will tell everyone i know about this experience. possibly the worst customer service i have ever had!

Yet again didn’t receive all the services promised in this oil change. And the guy at the front desk on 6/1 clearly hates his job.
Jiffy Lube is 3 blocks from my house but going to start going to Valvoline on Powell.

Bad customer service by the employees there just horrible !!! I asked a question and the employee was so snappy !! will never go there again jiffy Lube you must do better !!!!!!!!
