I used to change my engine oil at home. But no more. There’s a Jiffy Lube near my house and I have gotten to know and trust this shop. The same guys and gals have been working as a team for years. I appreciate the communication that they practice while doing the work and then doing the check out. I get the oil changed no mess no fuss. It’s clean and done. And there is usually a coupon that gives me a discount.

The workers here were friendly, extremely speedy, and helped me get the best bang for my buck!
The guy helping me was sure to let me know about my brake pads, which I was going to ask about and forgot. I'm glad I stopped by today, keep up the great work!

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location (82nd Ave. NE) in all of Portland due to the customer service. The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I have been coming here for a decade now and I drive from NOPO even though it is less convenient to my home than other branches. They also don't push services or parts which I really appreciate.

So I came in to get an oil change and I don't know if it was me but it was hella expensive. First off the guy told me $89 and he sat there and watched as I him and hauled and then after I said I can't afford that then he goes. Oh we've got $20 off like it says on the banner out there I said would have been nice to know that to begin with LMFAO not!! And still $70 for an oil change is a lot just because I keep my car clean and nice looking. I think they saw dollar signs. I don't know but when I told him I wasn't going to buy an oil change and started walking back to my car they said NS stands for no sale but they were snapping back the cases to go to my relays and major fuses on my engine. I don't know what that was about. I didn't tell them to do that. Never will I attempt to go to a jiffy lube again that's for sure!

I’ve been bringing my car to our neighborhood Jiffy Lube for years & every employee I’ve worked with there has been extremely friendly, knowledgable, and never makes me feel dumb for not knowing things about my car. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

It was freezing in the bays and they still carried on service with a smile and went the extra mile:)) No pressure sales, just helping me take care of my ride for the long term. I’ve been in 4or so times with consistent great, timely service.

These guys tried to scam me. Needed an oil change and my regular guy was busy, went in, got oil change. Dude working said I urgently needed new rotors, brake pads, several fluids, cost about $1000 all together. Took it to my regular dude who I know well and trust, he said my rotors and pads have another year or two on them, all but one fluid was tip top, so he just rotated my tires and sent me on my way. Been about a month since and car is just fine. Oil change was done quickly and well enough, but they will try to rob you, so just change the oil and boogie
