I’ve been coming here for years, but this last visit was a disaster. I came in for a thermostat replacement, oil change, and tire rotation — quoted around $310. Halfway through, they tried to upsell me to a $700 job for the thermostat housing (even though they originally said it came with the thermostat). I told them I’d do it myself. They went ahead with the partial work anyway and charged me full price.
A few hours later, my car broke down — they left the alternator’s main connector unplugged, causing the battery to die. The tech even noted a different plug’s clip was damaged, meaning they knew what they were doing. I could have been stranded in the middle of nowhere.
They never provided a written estimate, which is required by Oregon law. No authorization signature before work began. This place has a history — they previously tried to sell me rear brake work without even opening the drum, and replaced both front calipers when only one was bad, then charged extra to bleed the brakes.
Avoid this shop. They cut corners, push upsells, and their negligence can leave you stuck or worse. I’ve filed a formal complaint and disputed the charge with my bank.

The mechanic in the pit actually talked to me and warned me that my manifold was covered in oil, likely indicating a leaky gasket. He snapped a pic and texted it to me. I really appreciated this.

Awesome service that exceeded expectations. The guys were kind and welcoming. Service was completed in 15 minutes. Jake even offered to removed stubborn tree sap and glue from my windshield at no extra charge.
