I went there the other day about tire pressure and the manager on duty and an associate told me the tiny pebbles in my car tire were construction nails when they were really tiny rocks. It gives a whole new meaning to air heads and they were obviously not knowledgeable on tires....

Honestly I felt like a NASCAR driver getting serviced and everyone was beyond professional on point and extreme teamwork at the best level imaginable I was super impressed. Jiffy lubes got it going on it was way past five stars especially the young female that was navigating things verbally and I could hear the guy on lower Deck answering her back and they were really doing together everybody accomplishes more team. This is my go-to place from now on from my oil change in Jesus name by these crew some Chinese food or something says this Desert Storm veteran

This location used to be my go to when it was Oil Can Henry's and I have only been going to Valvoline since Oil Can Henry's moved out of my area. There was only a short wait on my recent visit which was great but a lack of communicating while I waited in line left me wondering which lane they wanted me in. My tech Ethan was brand new and although I was patient while he learned the ropes I felt like my experience overall was less than expected. I was able to find a great coupon that helped cost wise but was only verbally told what outstanding services were on my list by the manager Mason. I asked for a print out of my invoice but it did not include the checklist and conditions or recommendations of the other items that were not replaced or serviced. I was told that I could look at my emailed documents to find that information BUT that is not the case. So now I am left wondering if I am really behind on servicing a few items. Unfortunately feeling like I can only depend on them for a straight up oil change and need to depend on another company to keep me on track with other components of my vehicles drivability. Gavin was my underside tech and he was great!

Saw a sign that said “Free ac check”
I originally just went in for an oil change. I decided, screw it, I’m gonna get my AC fixed. They changed the oil. They did the AC check, and told me that it would cost about 280$ to fix it.
While sitting in the waiting room I’d learned that this was a brand new AC compressor machine that they were NOT familiar with. I was told it’d take 15-30 minutes. An hour and some change later (after cancelling appointments and chores I had for today) they told me that they could NOY fix my AC. I showed up with a broken AC, paid the price, and then left with a broken AC.
The staff was indeed kind, and I believe they did all they could. But I’m still incredibly disappointed with my experience and am dumbfounded how such a huge and successful car repair company cannot give me a refund. Was a total loss. And when I’d asked them what I needed to know, in order to get it fixed elsewhere, they seemed perplexed, and they pretty much said “we’re honestly not sure”
Complete waste of my money and time :(

Don’t come here. I got my brakes done and the next week got into a car accident because my car wouldn’t stop. I returned my car here for them to fix it and said it would be $600 to redo my brakes.

These guys were just the absolute sweetest. Anthony and Aiden went above and beyond to take great care of my vehicle while having to leave it for a few extra days due to the Snow and Ice, and they even kept my car safe in the Bay while they were waiting for parts to repair a cracked oil pan. I will definitely be going back to get any repairs on my vehicle that apply to Jiffy Lube.Thanks guys! I really appreciate your care and attention to detail.You're the best!

I am very glad I took my care to Jiffy Lube. It is getting old and I had not had service for a couple years. Irecommend Jiffy. They explain everything to you. So they took care of everything including rotate tires.Thank you.

Scott met us with a smile and a GREAT, can-do attitude, helping us adjust the oil level after Oil Can Henry's mistakenly overfilled our oil in our VW Taos. He displayed customer service the way customer service should be. Thank you.
