Super friendly and honest staff. Brought my car in to fix the skid plate which had been dragging, they reattached no charge at all. Sent me on my way after 5 minutes.

Stopped in a hurry- late for my commute to Bend. I had just stopped at a nearby gas station to fill up my tires only to realize their bit was too large and I had been letting out air… I also was low on power steering fluid. I was ready to pay anything for my “late tax”.
I was reluctant to come back to jiffy lube. I was worried I’d be even more late, and likely overpay. I was greeted with a smile and careful questions.
Paris helped me out and was so wonderful. We had a quick chat and she ranked me for my father’s service. I thanked her for hers. Got to head out with confidence on my long drive and a restored appreciation in returning to this particular jiffy lube.
Thanks I’ll be back!

If you want to be treated like a king Go to the Jiffy lube on 115th and Northeast Sandy Boulevard. Their staff is so professional It is incredible. They bring to your attention what they feel is necessary to keep your car, vehicle in proper working order. They make suggestions and they do so in such a diplomatic manner with no sales pressure. They make you feel like you're important to them. And they know what they are doing. They explain in detail how to make your vehicle last. They give you a bottle of water And you can remain in your car if you want to or go into there very pleasant seating area. I've been there several times but I just thought that I needed to extend them the professional courtesy so that I can bring it to all you new customers that will end up having the experience that I have had with them. I highly suggest even if you have to go a little bit out of your way it is well worth it. Take my advice please. Thank you Nick Nichols

Super fast service. Kind and attentive staff.
Stopped in for a transmission flush today, and they did not have the particular fluid that my car requires. But, they had it delivered (quickly) and made sure I left with a healthy car. Pricing was better than any other garage had quoted, too.

Went in for an oil change, was told (without taking the wheels off) I need new rotors and brake pads asap (for ~$400), said it was dangerous to drive-I needed them today. Turns out, I got about 70% of my brake pads left and rotors are all good. Actual oil change and fluid refills were good, just wanted to post to encourage folks to get a second opinion.

I came in for my regular oil change. I have been having my oil done here for five years. Ryan came to the driver side and informed me he would be checking my cabin filter. I told him I do the filters myself. Thank you, I don’t need you to do it. He went around to the passenger side of the car I unlocked the door and allowed him in my vehicle. To which I tried to tell him again, I do my own filters as he opened the glove box. I said you know you have to take all kinds of screws out of there to be able to get to the filter that’s why I do it myself. He stated I am just doing my job doing what I was told to do. To which he slammed the glove box down with his left hand and looked at the filters and said something I didn’t quite hear or understand. He tried to close the glove box, and something had gotten broke, and he was unable to close it. He spent about four minutes down there, trying to figure it out and declaring to me that this was broke before he touched it.
If that was the case and he saw it was already broken, (he should’ve said ma’am this is broke. I am not going to touch it because then I’ll be liable for it.)
To which I told him, it worked perfectly fine before you touched it and I asked you not to do what you did, but you did it anyway. He exited my vehicle. I tried to speak with the other tech and explain to him what took place. Ryan completely ignored me and walked away to which I called him an a*****e. The other tech told me they had already drained my oil and I said that’s too bad I would leave if I could. And that I did not want Ryan touching my vehicle. The tech came back and told me you can leave, we did not drain your oil. I drove out of the bay popped, my hood made sure I had a dipstick And drove away. I did, not know that Ryan exited my vehicle with the part that was “broken”.
So now I don’t even have the piece that needs to be replaced because it’s no longer in my possession.
I am confused! I have always had my oil done here and I have never had a tech talk
to me the way Ryan did or dismiss my words and what I had to say. No, other tech has ever questioned me changing my own filters!!!
So now I have a glove box that is handicap and will make me think of that a****** EVERY TIME!!!
I recommend Oil Stop 134th St., Vancouver, WA they do a great job from start to finish!
Honestly, I wish I would’ve been going here for the last five years!!!
I have never been happier with an oil service ;)
