It seems like everytime I come here an the manager isn’t it they can’t do something a month or so back they couldn’t change my taillight and no jiffy lube could they proceeded to tell me then I went to the Jiffy lube on 92nd and Powell and they changed the light no issue today I came in to get my transmission fluid checked same guy plus his coworker says they cannot check the transmission fluid and told me no jiffy line can once again I go to the jiffy lube in Gresham this time because I was heading out here and once again they checked the transmission fluid seems lazy arrogant and today was my last time going to this location do better

Every time I go to this location they let me down. It's like the whole crew can't wait to go home and tries to do as little as possible until they can. There's like 6 guys standing around but no one wants to work. They'll invent ways not to work.

The workers were most thoughtful in finding what items might be needing servicing, and telling me about them, & after explaining about the item, asking me if I had had that particular service done before. Then, asking if I'd like them to do it at this time. Being a widow, & not been asked these questions before, I didn't know what the items were. Each items was explained to me, & then I gave the okay to do them. I am grateful for their dedication for doing the right work at the right time.

I was greeted and given an estimate of wait time right away (which turned out to be less than expected). The technician verified my requested service, and the blend of oil, before topping off fluids. The whole process was efficient, pleasant and courteous - I'm very satisfied with my continuing choice of Jiffy Lube:)
