I had a great experience with Jim McNeeley Real Estate. The staff were always professional, responsive, and kind whenever I had questions or needed help. Even when there were a few bumps in the process, they handled everything with patience and clear communication. I especially appreciated how organized they were and how quickly they followed up to make sure things moved forward smoothly. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team that’s reliable and easy to work with. Shoutout specifically to Jim, Sarah, and Javene.

Rented two places from them for around 4 years. The locations were great but you will never get your security deposit back and they will find a way to charge you $80 when you leave. Happened to me twice. These guys suck.

I live across the street and although I am also hearing the noise, I do understand this area need more housing. Having said that what to me shows that don’t care is the state of the trash area. Garbage and boxes you can see under the fence and it pours out to the street. Right now it seems a piece of garbage is hanging over the top of the fence. It does not look he Jim is providing recycling with all the boxes you can see in there. It’s disgusting really

Scam scam scam!!!! Do not trust this company! First, we get contacted that we have to tour the apartments in Warrenton, OR in order to apply. They don't work around your schedule. Took finally weeks to just tour the place. Tells us then we can apply online. Okay. So, we give them ALL of our information that they need plus more. Paid 2 application fees (67 each by the way). Then, we get denied. Apparently we didn’t provide the information (we did) and they claimed we didn’t pay the fees…good Lord!!! Then, they say, the apartment we TOURED and APPLIED for isn’t even available!!! Wth!!! These people are such scam artists who have nothing better to do than scam people!!! Avoid these people at all costs!

Still have tons of ads up for a home that's been rented, absolutely no help on the phone!

I had a really disappointing experience working with Jim Mcneeley Real Estate, specifically working with Katie Mcneeley. Our family was impacted by the ice storm in January and our home was hit by a tree. They told us the 6 month lease we signed could move month to month, which worked perfectly since we were unsure when the repairs to our home would be done. I was pregnant at the time the tree hit our home. We got emails from Katie asking how the repairs were going. I was unsure why that was of interest to her. Then Katie told us by email our lease was ending and we actually did not have the option to move month to month following the 6 month lease. I tried to get Katie on the phone to discuss this and see if there was anything we could do to stay in the home. We were willing to sign another 6 month lease, we were willing to pay additional monthly payments. Katie would not communicate with me and I could not get her to return my phone calls. Katie sent me an email 2 days after I had my daughter that I had to be out the rental in 1 month. Instead of enjoying my postpartum period I had to pack up a home, find a new place to live and move with a 1 month old. I would not recommend renting from this property. They don’t seem to care about their renters well being and are terrible at communicating.

Worst management company I’ve ever worked with. Took forever to get things fixed. One instances in December last year they took 2plus weeks to repair the hot water heater. Charged me for fixing a fence post that fell down when the fence is suppose to be home owner responsibility and it needed fixing when I moved in. They tried to raise my rent to almost $3400 this summer and I moved, the house is still not rented and they have now relisted it for $2995, which is less than what I was paying when I moved out.
They are not responsive and in my experience, the office staff don’t care to be helpful.

Easy to work with and friendly staff. My room mate and I cleaned thoroughly at the time of move out and got our full deposit back. I would rent from this company again.

I've been working with this property management company for a year now, they manage a house for me. We had quite a fiasco last week with scammers trying to rent out my house. Jessica handled the situation making a really potential stressful situation much easier. I wouldn't have know what to do if I had been renting the property by myself instead of hiring professionals that know the laws. Thank you!

This company is absolutely awful to work with. Their agents were completely unresponsive regarding the rentals they had available through their website. I called multiple times, left 3 voicemails, emailed, texted even. They had no trouble taking $65 application fees and then literally never speaking to us again. Would not recommend renting through them.

I am leaving a poor review for the property management company, as they no-call, no-showed for two confirmed appointments I had with them. In both cases, I waited 10 minutes, called the contacts I had set the appointments with, and then proceeded to call any number I could find online associated with the company. I never once got through to a human.
This isn’t the first time a shady property company has no-call-no-showed to appointments and then blocked contact. But that doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism, and I feel obligated to inform potential partners that you likely won’t have a positive, professional experience with this organization.
