*UPDATE*JJ's is very quick to respond to bad reviews on Google saying, "This isn't how we roll! Reach out on this link:" Link says you will get a response within 48 hours. Two week later, no response. It's a joke. They rush to Google reviews to look like their customer service is super responsive when it's non-existent. Countdown to them responding to this update with, "This is not how we roll when we say this is not how we roll!" Done with JJ's.Went in for lunch today and ordered a #10 with peppers and onions. Got back to work and... no peppers or onions. Called the store and they said I had to bring the sandwich in and they would make me another. I said I was back at work over the bridge in Vancouver. They said sorry. Really? You screw up my order and I have to take time off work to come get it remade? No credit? No coupon?I've probably ordered ~50 sandwiches from JJ over the last 3 years. I was bummed when they recently raised prices and started with the tipping screen. You want me to tip for service before the service? Or you want to guilt me into paying the wage of your underpaid workers? Well I tipped before service and when my order was screwed up, no service. I think I'm done with JJ.

Went to the register to order food on Sunday 10-8-23 at 2:00PM.. A girl named Maria took our order and was going to charge us $45.00. We asked her how can it be $45.00? She replied by saying:"Oh, I made a mistake. Its actually $34.00. When we we got our food, I ordered a giant turkey sandwich and it looked small. We ate our food and when we got up to leave, we saw giant sandwiches being made and they served me a small sandwich and charged me for a giant. My mother in law discovered that they also overcharged her $2.40 on another order. The manager reimbursed her the $2.40 but didnt reimburse us for overcharging us on the sandwich. Never felt so scammed at a restaurant and will never go there again.

It's a standard JJ's, but it was pretty easy to get in and out of, not too busy at all, and the staff were extra friendly.

We came with our son in law, and we ordered lunch, but the worst was we were not given napkins with our meal, when asked they said that we had to pay for them??? And they did everything they could to ignore us as customers, they were rude and was obvious that we weren't welcome. Will never go back. Pay for napkins, really.

This jimmy johns has a select few star employees, such as Maia and Luna. I have had many interactions, mainly with Luna. She is always sweet, informative, to the point, and speedy. Happy to keep returning.

The spicy Italian is amazing here. It’s so convenient to be able to order through the app while leaving work and just showing up and grabbing your order right away fresh and ready to go can’t ask for better than that plus on the app you can choose any additional add-ons and extras the fully loaded Italian Spicy or non-spicy is my favorite of all time.

Employees were friendly, and atmosphere was great!But my partner and I both got food poisoning a few hours after, neither one of us eating anything before/after this..

Staff are great. Sandwiches are great !Free smells for sure - cuz it smelled like there was a really leaky toilet. Pure free poo smells. Hopefully, it's just temporary cuz I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS and need this location around. Only negative thing was just the poo smell

Clean place! Friendly cashier. Asked luna to pick for me and I regret nothing. Great pick! Also took her teammates advise and warmed up the brownie. Now I just need a nap and it's the perfect Saturday
