JL Mini Mart is a great gas station with low gas price and alright quality. The service is self help and the owner let pump own gas and non ethanol gas that gives the best mileage. It is probably the least expensive station in Portland, low per gallon price and better mileage than other low‑cost stations. The family‑run business has a friendly manager, a little grocery store with everything you need, and a best stop for you.

My fav station . Long before we could pump our own gas , the owner let me pump mine when I asked plus he sells non ethanol gas and I get the best mileage from that stuff.
