John's Marketplace Powell offers a fantastic and comprehensive craft beer selection, including rare beers, cool imports, and a huge array of styles with a notable focus on Belgian varieties. The bar features rotating taps for trying new beers, a great atmosphere with TVs, and a cozy patio. Helpful and friendly staff are always available. The spot is dog-friendly and enhanced by awesome adjacent food carts for snacks or meals. Customers can also mix and match single bottles and cans to explore the amazing library.
Beer selection is outstanding! They are very well organized and beer types are very easy to find. The workers know their beer and can answer questions about their beers.

I have, and will continue, to drive across town to come here. At first it was because they were the only place that I knew of that consistently sold my favorite German beers. Then it was because they had my German beers AND I could sit and get a Helles Lager and chat. I come in today and they have booths, a tv, and games!... read full comment
