I'm shopping around for a new storage on the East side. Expensive for what is offered and the condition of the facility. Friendly and informative staff though but I'll continue shopping around.

Buyer beware at this location and let me share my experience with you. We had a kitchen fire in our house and needed to move our belongings not impacted by the fire to a storage facility right away so we could get the house cleaning and repairs underway. This was the only spot close that would work, that had an available unit. This location was staffed by a friendly clerk, accommodating and understanding of our needs/issues so they helped us get in quickly and the price was very reasonable Insurance not offered by the facility, no worries we thought as we would tackle it with our homeowners if needed but only planned to have the items in the location for a month or two, we weren't super concerned. The location flooded within a few weeks of ya being a customer and all of our belongings were ruined. Upon cleaning out our unit we found evidence that his place had flooded many times before and this was not disclosed to us via verbal or written communications. The facility blamed it on Clackamas County, of course Clackamas County did not care one bit. After having lost so much due to the fire, we lost even more at this storage unit. Never again....&

I don't know about other's, but I thought the lady in the office was rude and short in all her answers. I asked a few questions because we were shopping around and she seemed irritated I was asking questions. Will definitely go elsewhere!

A decent older place for storage. I had to sweep out rodent droppings and some dust and leaves that were in the unit, they had contacted an exterminator and he said the rodent problem had been taken care of and that it was simply old activity. None of my things that were stored there for several months had any signs of rodents being in them. The owner and staff were great. For the price per month without any specials or promotions I would probably find a newer unit with better security, but for my purposes this mini storage worked well. Would recommend if you need short term storage and are in the johnson creek area.

Whilemoving out, we disvovered there was a water leak from the roof. Many irreplaceable photos of my kids as babies, wedding etc were damaged. Most of our boxes obviously became very wet at sometime and were falling apart during the move, keep in mind we bought and used new boxes from home depot and lowes. There was always tons of leaves and debris under our door that would get everything at the front muddy and dirty when it rained which was more often than not. Ive used many storage facilities and this by far was the worst. The entry gate isnt automatic and its awkward and slightly heavy so watch your feet.
