Excellent customer service. You can exchange or return items purchased online in the store. And you have 365 days to exchange or return unused items which is pretty cool! They have a nice selection of vans, pumas, docs and an OK selection for kids shoes

Today my boyfriend and I stopped in to get a pair of shoes for both of us. We got pairs of matching black slip on Vanz. When I had left, I tried the shoe on and realized the shoe was to tight. We went right back and talked to the store manager Rachael and she was very friendly in fixing the size for me. She gave us no problems once so ever. She was so sweet and her customer service was A1. We would go back to buy shoes just because she is there. Having her incharge, your doing something GREAT for the Store. Thank you so much Rachel ?

Sales clerk was knowledgeable when bringing out $150 shoes for my daughter. When I asked if they would match the price in Nordstrom for $10 less, another clerk said they just raised the price three days ago and would not match the $10. I bought FIVE pairs of shoes plus accessories last Christmas from This store. I won’t be purchasing anything this year. It wasn’t so much that they wouldn’t match but to mention that they would only match their website prices, which he said are exactly the same.. snarky.

I tried to return this boots that I bought in the store and got denied because I actually wore them! “Warning don’t wear the shoes or you can’t return them”. That’s ridiculous! Journeys definitely lost my business!

Went to this shop today and was so happy with the service I got. Chase helped me and my friend get new pairs of shoes. Quick and painless, he was very helpful! Great sense of humor and style. Made this a very quick and fun trip to the mall. Keep up the good work.

I bought some shoes online and I decided to return in store, since I had stuff to do that Thursday in the area. Since I live 20 minutes away by car, I don't make it a habit of going to that mall often unless I have more than one thing to do there.Anyway, I walk in and this is how the conversation goes with one of the employees. E= employee M=meM: I'd like to return these shoes that I bought online.E: okay, sure. Receipt?*I get the receipt, he starts checking the stuff over*E: was there anything wrong?M: no. Just didn't fit well.E: Well, we can find some that do fit well and do an exchange.M: no no. I just didn't like the fit around the calf. I prefer the converse at the ankle instead.E: we got some.M: I know. I got them already...E: *he laughs* well, why'd you-nevermind.Honestly don't know what he meant by this. But it felt kind of rude.E: *is completing the return* May I ask why you bought online instead of buying instore?M: I just didn't want to drive all the way out here that day. I live over in ____.E: well, you made the drive over for the return. *laughs*M: ......*uncomfortable*He was a really terrible person. I work retail and I NEVER press the person making a return unless the item was damaged. I think he was the manager there. Big guy, blonde hair. I just wanted to return some damn shoes. Made me never want to set foot in there again.

The customer service was great! I had to return shoes I bought my 2yr old on journey's website, they made sure that it was quick and painless! Unfortunately they had little in toddler sizes and I was still able to get what I wanted, they ordered it online in-store and shipped to me direct- free of charge
