This place was great. Shower was super nice. I got a kielbasa and cheese wrap which was delicious from the deli along with the combo 6 (teriyaki chicken) saved that for the next day. Food was good. Parking was easy since it was 10 am. Didn't get to check out the other building with the Cascade grill and the cinema but next time I'm in the area I am definitely going to stop in here. Employees were super nice. Overall I had a great experience and look forward to my next visit.

This may not carry much weight given my occupation as a truck driver, as our opinions are often disregarded. However, for those who do value our perspective, I would like to share my review of Jubitz Truck Stop. I have been a patron of this establishment since I was a young child, as my grandfather, who was acquainted with Moe Jubitz, was also a truck driver. It saddens me to think about how disappointed both Moe and my grandfather would be with the current state of affairs. My father, who also spent over 50 years as a truck driver, held a deep admiration for Moe Jubitz and cherished the fascinating stories associated with this place. I would like to express my satisfaction and award five stars to the waitstaff, bartenders, and all diligent employees. However, to those responsible for establishing policies and managing operations, I must give a negative rating of five stars. Unfortunately, management seems to be gradually alienating hardworking truckers. One glaring example is the decision to lock the doors by the bobtail lot, resulting in an elderly truck driver having to walk to the fuel station and unfortunately not making it in time, resulting in an unfortunate accident. If only the original owners of this establishment could see this review, I believe they would consider reverting to previous policies.

I am a truck driver. I got caught in a snow storm. I spent a few days here, and I was treated like family, Given respect, and shown around as if I was being given a tour of someone's home for the first time.I was spoken too as if we had known each other for years. Crystal was a amazing host/Manager. While dealing with cranky upset drivers, who were stuck in the ice and snow for days, she showed great resilience while being stuck right along with us. She hadn't been home in days. Ty girl!

Absolutely the rudest employees I’ve ever seen, the male working in the store was very rude, I will never stop here again. Was a tall guy with a beard, Portland Oregon is full of rude people, The restaurant is over priced also. Lousy over priced food. If you want to spend a fortune for McDonald’s quality food this is the place for you. One of the most expensive travel centers in the country.

Shout out to Crystal, day manager at Jubitz. She was an absolute God-send during the recent ice storm. This lady went above and beyond helping truckers who were stuck in the ice and needed to make their deliveries. This was truly good, old-fashioned customer care that is hard to find now. THANK YOU Crystal, you are one in a million❣️

I think the “classiest truckstop” should invest in a snowplow to clear at least the fuel islands and entry/exit ways during a snowstorm! Stay “classie’ !!!

I think Jubitz should be a shame of them self’s for the prices there charging in there restaurant absolutely ridiculous 20.00 for a hamburger and if you want fry’s with that burger they add yes I said add another 2.69 4.00 for a coffee or soda and the store is just as bad price wise as your restaurant I know the price of things have gone up but let me tell yea all I have been driving cross country for 38+ years your place is always clean and there’s usually parking I’ll give you that but your price gouging is not fair to the truck drivers that have kept this place open all these years nice way to thank the drivers

As a Trucker, I seem to be in the Portland area a lot. I remember this place as a kid with my Dad. Back when it was a real old place. It been sold a few times since I was a little boy. They used to make parks of the Moving On Show here years ago. My Dad would take me over to this little trailers and he would talk to someone. I found out years later who Claude Atkins, really was. And the thoughts that run through my mind knowing my Dad was friends with him. The place doesn't treat Truckers like it once did when I was a kid. Everything changes over time. But the memories of years ago keeps me stopping here. I don't get free coffee with my fill ups like Truckers did back then. I don't see lady's of the evening walking around, That's a good thing. I do get a $6.00 off ticket at the food bar in the store. Showers are clean. But they could try a better coffee. I think I was looking to keep my Dad's memory alive That's why I keep coming back. Other than that. It's not a bad place to visit from time to time. Now here I am well I to my 60's. And still live with the thoughts of years ago when I was just a boy out there with his Daddy.
