Anjali Remme is a wonderful lady that obviously comes from good stock. She is well mannered, speaks with calm confidence and is professional in appearance. Anjali is not your typical real estate professional in that she does not pressure clients and is a good listener. Berkshire Hathaway is fortunate to have her as she represents the company well. I highly recommend Anjali for all your real estate needs. Thank you, Anjali.

Anjali has been a pleasure to work with on the sale of my Salmon Creek home. She is up-to-date on all the computer resources providing a view of the local housing market and expert at evaluating and maximizing the value of my home. I also appreciated that she kept me informed of the steps and requirements as the sale completed. She was both professional and personable throughout the process.

Would use again and would also recommend if buying or selling fast responses was appreciated during process. Went above and beyond using personal funds to help advertise to a broader market.

I had a pleasure of meeting with Anjali regarding a potential house purchase. She is very polite, knowledgeable and her willingness to help is unmatched. I had a lot of questions about the purchase and she went to the great lengths to explain them. Needless to say that I will be making all my real estate investments with Anjali.

Outstanding Realtor Experience
Working with Anjali was an absolute pleasure, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. As first-time homebuyers new to the Seattle Metroplex, we had countless questions about the home-buying process. From start to finish, Anjali made the entire experience seamless and stress-free, guiding us through every step with patience and expertise.
As novices with many questions and high expectations, we were grateful for Anjali’s grace and professionalism. She never made us feel rushed into making one of the biggest financial decisions of our lives and provided the confidence we needed to make informed choices.
Anjali's deep knowledge of the local real estate market was evident throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating our busy schedules to arrange showings and promptly answering our endless questions via email and text. She consistently went above and beyond, ensuring we found the perfect home that met both our needs and budget.
What truly stood out was her skill in navigating unexpected challenges and negotiating terms in our best interest. Even when we had to change plans, Anjali remained supportive and resourceful, helping us stay on track.
What sets Anjali apart is her genuine care for her clients. She is not only a dedicated and knowledgeable professional but also personable and approachable, making the entire experience positive and memorable. Spending 6 hours with me one day to see multiple listings is just one example of her commitment and thoroughness.
We are beyond grateful for Anjali’s expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her again if we ever decide to put our house on the market.

Anjali Remme is an absolute gem! From our first interaction she demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, communication, and a proactive approach that sets her apart from others I've worked with.
Anjali's quick responses to my many questions were so helpful and really put me at ease. I always felt reassured throughout the entire process. Her depth of knowledge is remarkable. What truly stood out was her ability to explain things in a clear and concise manner. Anjali genuinely cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond to understand your needs and ensure they are met. Her friendly, down-to-earth nature is so refreshing and we just knew we were in good hands from the start.
I wholeheartedly trust Anjali and wouldn't hesitate to use her services the next time we are in need of a broker. I highly recommend her!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Agents won't stop cold calling me no matter how many times I ask. They keep calling and calling from different numbers.

I am leaving a review 1.5 years later because I want to warn others- and this realtors facebook is full of fake reviews, and they use several names making is impossible to find real information on them. We worked to buy (and bought!) our very first home with Ben Andrews. We did not know what to expect buying our first home, and I wish that I had done more research. Along the way, we found every house we looked at on our own- not one house was sent to us from this team. We ended up having to initiate communication the majority of the time and often felt uncomfortable asking questions or requesting information and updates because we were treated like we were being annoying. We ended up buying a house being sold by another Realtor who Ben & his team said they had worked with before and was a great person. We were assured the house was the best fit for us, and that our hesitations were normal (we had a lot of hesitations). I believe now, that Ben & his team wanted to strengthen their working relationship with this other realtor, thus putting us (their clients) in a very uncomfortable position of agreeing to terms in the offer we did not want to- under the verbal promise that she would not require all the time we gave her in the offer, and that she would be very communicative and understanding. This did not happen, and we were given several false move-dates by Ben and his team. Our lease ended a month before our actual move in date ended up being, and we were incredibly lucky our landlord was understanding because we really could have been screwed. We trusted our realtor and believed the false promises we were given. We purchased a very expensive home with the expectation that it would be in the same great condition we saw it in (as agreed to in the contract), and ended up with a house and yard that was filthy, full of trash, with damage that we were not expecting that was not there when we toured it. When we reached out to Ben (he was not there with us when we got the key- it was unceremoniously left at the front door) to find out our options to rectify the situation, we were treated like we were being ridiculous for expecting more since we were buying "shelter" and that's what we got. For the largest and most exciting purchase of our entire life, we at minimum expected the team that got a massive commission from the sale to at least act like they cared about us. I will not recommend this company to friends and for future home buying, we will go to a company who cares about us and our business. I have never felt so undervalued as a customer in my entire life. A year and a half later, we're still discovering things that the inspector didn't mention. My advise: actually read reviews before you work with someone. Seeing 5 stars on facebook means nothing if they're all bots hiding real reviews.

I have received repeated mailings from this real estate office offering to purchase my home for about 70 percent of what it is worth. I don't know why anyone would list their home with this company, they obviously think the public is not smart and is uninformed. Even a basic search would tell you what homes in your neighborhood are currently worth. Come on do better you are a service oriented company. Consider being trustworthy.

One of their agents sends out slimy marketing junk mail. Last one was literally a fake check that looks identical to a real one. I can't tell it apart other than the lack of acct/routing stripe on the bottom. And of course it is written for my home at roughly $250k under current market value. What a sleezey campaign. This is in line with my past experience with this firm from 10 years ago when they were the seller's agent of a home that ended up lost to a bank.

Kirstan took 50% of the Commission and accepted zero 0% of the responsibility. I had to pay $385 to have the house I paid $6000,000.00 cleaned, even though the written contract required I received it clean. she wasn't present at closing, refused to help.

Completely rude, Dalton Butler calls my cell phone (on the DNC) because my sister passed away and wants the listing etc. Tell him no thank you, he gets rude about bringing buyers and I just hang up. He calls back and starts yelling and I am trying to tell him about decency when someone dies and your talking to a grieving family, he keeps yelling, I hang up again and he keeps calling until I block his number. Karma is a hell of a thing and it will come around but while it is on the way stay clear of these clowns and their rude, smug, unethical business practices.
