Came here on a Monday morning to do my laundry. No one was in the shop, I was delighted. The place appears clean but there aren’t any garbage cans except at the very back of the spot which is annoying. But the part that really earned this score was how NONE OF THE DRYERS WORK. I had two weeks of wet laundry and it took a half hour for me to start any of them. With no help from the owner, btw. There was no one here to help when something went wrong. I get the feeling this guy is someone who overcommits and underperforms — either have this business and take it seriously or do whatever tf else you’re doing half assed full time. I bet it’s real estate. Really bummed this place sucks. But I had to find quarters to dry my clothes because the tech you tout DOES NOT WORK.

Convenient, two blocks from Max yellow line.. symbols on machines required questions, change available but vending machines won't take even though discounts for cash. Multiple dryers out of order.

I like the place and the prices are really good. The only thing I DID NOT LIKE is that I got overcharged by the dispenser machine, the price says 1 dollar for a cookie but I got charged 5 😩 not fair. If I knew it was 5 dollars I would never have bought it, the worst part is that I got 2😩x2.

This laundromat is unorganized. When I went there twice there Was no chang or attendant. The 3 times I went there I was never greeted.

Lots of good new machines. Uses app or quarters. Always clean. Free drying on Wednesdays! My only request would be for more carts to ferry laundry from the washers to the dryers. Currently only one.

I come here to do my laundry when it’s too much and I want to get all done in one go. It is usually quiet when I come by and I can just enjoy it. It’s also pretty affordable. It’s also nice they have pay with card cause I’ve ran out of quarters before. Dryers take a little longer to dry but it’s always been an issue at every laundromat I go to. I do wish that a place I can sit and do homework or something while I wait.
Edit 4/24/23 While I still think it’s a decent, peaceful spot for laundry, I’m knocking off 2 star because of something that happened. The website clearly stated that the last load is at 8:30, but at exactly 8:30, a guy showed up, rushing me because they were supposedly closing. Oddly enough, both the website and Google/Apple Maps said they close at 10. He just stood there watching me pack my laundry away, completely killing the chill vibe. If they’ve changed their hours, they really need to update their website. Being rushed resulted in some of my clothes still being damp. And this wasn’t the first time; the same guy did something similar during my last visit, although he didn’t say anything then, just watched. It’s disappointing because I’ve noticed they’ve been making little updates to make the place cute.

Over run my homeless people who steal your laundry. This woman in particular. I was able to get my laundry basket from her but I didn’t want to even touch my bed sheets after they were mixed with her garbage

Cheap compared to other laundromats around the area ($3-5 for a 30 minute wash - I used the small and medium washers), and less than $1 to start the dryer. They also have an app you can use that tells you when your laundry is done, but I used a debit card on the machine. I believe they also take quarters. Only downside is the vending machine ate a dollar bill.

Meh it’s open, it’s clean, laundry washer and dryers are current and up to date. No bathroom and no baskets to transfer laundry from washer to dryer. Otherwise price is reasonable.

I'm thrilled that the new owners have updated this place! Brand washers and dryers, that get.the job done. 5 bucks for a load, 25 cents per I think 15.minutes for dryers. Super clean and they will.even do your laundry for you at price per pound. I'm totally going to hit them up for.this service soon! Great addition to the neighborhood!

I used to think that this place was ok, owner seems really nice and I see they're trying to make improvements. However, I am appaled at the way the "attendedent" treats the customers!! Last night when I arrived at 10 minutes after 9, he was VERY rude stating we arrived too late. Nowhere on the door does the facility state last wash is to occur at 9pm.... if it did that would solve a lot of problems. I ALWAYS come in the night and I ONLY wash because my washer is broken so I would definitely be out before closing. Despite explaining this to the rude old guy he still yelled at me and told me to check online . When I asked him to SHOW me, he said I do not have a phone!! After being berated by him I finally told him to stop talking to customers this way... he yold me to shut up.I can say that I am not the only person who encountered his maltreatment last night but I am the only one who stuck up for us all. . To retaliate he attempted to lock my car in the back gate where I entered to unload my clothes.
