I cannot express how impressed & grateful I am to the gentleman that kindly helped me today. Having my problem actually explained to me, also how genuine it was knowing he did everything in reason to help me.
Going way above expectation in professionalism & actually offering me feasible solutions. Unfortunately my problem wasn’t resolved in the branch, being able to leave feeling confident with the information received today. I had no worries about resolving it in the most convenient way for me.
From personal experience, this interaction was by far the best I’ve ever had with KeyBank. Before I’ve only had terrible experiences & been shown little to no respect wether phone or in person. I’ve regained my faith in knowing not everyone who works for KeyBank, hates their job. Thanks again.

I came in today pretty cranky because I was having issues with the app and was really short on time and just very flustered. Just not my usual sunny self! Alvin Ianos helped me and honestly he was just wonderful. He was so competent and kind. And quick!! Thank goodness for that because I was really in a hurry and it was Friday before a holiday weekend and did I mention I was CRANKY?? Seriously I was even smiling and laughing by the time we were done. Thank you Alvin, for the rare positive banking experience:)

The WORST bank on the planet. The customer service is horrible and they seem to F every single transaction up. They wouldn't even deposit a check from my employer with my ID, with my debit card and I will be canceling all of my accounts. Do not EVER USE THIS BANKI have no desire to talk to representatives of Key bank. This is how I have been treated since I opened my account in 2008. Your branch is never helpful. When I had fraud on my debit card it took 3 months for you to get a new card. Now I cannot deposit a check in my account and give you time to verify funds. Im switching everything to OnPoint and I'll make sure to let everyone know how terrible this branch and Key bank are. Be thankful I can't leave ZERO STARS

I was in a bind with my taxes, and Sarah went above and BEYOND with helping me out. There is no simple way to get photos of mobile-deposited checks (what's up with that Key? There used to be!), so she went out of her way to print them all out, highlight the deposits, and even separated them by month. I couldn't believe it. Danielle was also wonderfully helpful with working with me on a business account. I felt helpless with my finances, and these women made me feel not only that they could help me get control again, but also reassured and confident for the future. I can't thank them enough!!

I just had to give a 5 star review to Danielle today for answering the phone and thinking and working hard on my issue and absolutely did everything I needed, then CC closed the deal. Both of these women were so wonderful to me today. Thank you. When I teach people customer service I teach the answer is never no, it's let me find out and make it happen and that's what Danielle and CC did for me today.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff from tellers to bankers I've been nothing but happy with the service provided. It feels good to bank regionally and to not be nickel and dimed for every single thing. Happy I made the switch.

I went to KeyBank to open a checking account. I didn't have to wait in line as I was greeted and sat down with a personal banker immediately. I was there for 1.5 hours! Gordon Gay is very nice, but it should not take damn near that long to open one simple checking account!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Exactly what I needed being new to Portland. They made my transition to the west very easy.
