Great experience with Knepper Time!! Adam was awesome to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Authenticated and then took his time to fully explain our options on a couple of vintage watches (repair and get retail price vs just liquidate at wholesale price). Also, he offered a very fair price to purchase them from us.
Highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell vintage watches.

Bought a beautiful watch from them maybe two years years ago, so this review is overdue. I received excellent sales and service from them and their prices were quite reasonable. They were quite good at understanding where I was budget wise and presented me some options that were all good choices for me. I will go back for more watches in the future.

They were quite good at understanding where I was budget wise and presented me some options that were all good choices for me. I also appreciated that they realized I was new at this, and helped me by pointing out ownership plusses and minus as well as pointing out any flaws in a given watch. I know a good deal more about watches now, and realize just how helpful they were to me as a novice watch person. I greatly appreciate the excellent help I received there and will go back for more watches in the future.

I went to learn about a watch I got as a present. All I got in return was a rude dismissal. I was told he knew nothing of San Martin watches and he couldn’t help me. He kept assuming I wanted to sell it even though I blatantly told him I just wanted his help. Do not go to these people if you are a regular “not rich” person.

Recently sold a watch to Jeff at Knepper Time. What a great experience. As a collector/trader/buyer/seller... you like working with folks who provide value and stick with their word. This business has alot of "bait and switch" offers made... Great to meet Jeff who clearly understands how to build a business and trust amongst an ongoing customer base.

I have purchased many watches over the years and when I get ready to trade them in for something new or to add to my collection I have always received an excellent price and service for my watch when dealing with Jeff.
