Blake at the Legacy Emanuel Lab reception desk was extremely and Condescending and rude.

Had an appt for a blood draw and was checked in on time for it - waited 45 minutes for my name to be called. Guess having an appointment is useless. Tech who drew my blood was fine once I was finally seen.
