Had an appt for a blood draw and was checked in on time for it - waited 45 minutes for my name to be called. Guess having an appointment is useless. Tech who drew my blood was fine once I was finally seen.

Yes. I did add an extra 1 star review from my other account. The experience was really that bad.

Did not do all of the tests ordered by my doctor. This resulted in having to make another hour-long drive to do it all over again, as I live very far away from the city.

Did a semen analysis. They didn’t process in the allotted time and then tried to blame me for not delivering refrigerated despite extremely specifically telling me it needed to be kept warm.

I know They recently changed to Labcorp but My experience was not good. I take my two young boys to do labs almost every month one of My boys is 3 years old and its hard enough to draw labs on him as is but we had are scheduled appointment early in the morning and it was set up to text me when it was are appointment time so I didn't have to wait in the hospital. Our appointment came and went and still did not receive a text. So I went inside to check in and it took us another 45 minutes to get labs but the worse part was yet to come. They were able to draw my older sons lab without a problem but when it was my 3 year old turn things didn't go well. The lab tech was either nervous or was not willing to ask for help and when it was time to draw his lab she missed and stabbed him where she wasn't suppose to and then tried again without any warning and poked him again without even checking if the vein was there. I miss the old legacy lab Ryan the lab tech was great and knew how to draw blood no problem but here at labcorb It feels like they are always in a bad mood and either don't have much experience with little kids and I felt rushed and like they didn't care about the trauma and bad experience my baby boy was going thru

I always faint when I give blood or have a blood draw. Not here! The phlebotomist used a smaller needle- why has no one ever offered that option before! I hardly even noticed. Plus he was an absolute peach. Thank you funny needle man.

Worst service ever. We waited for over an hour after being told our names were on the list only to find out they actually weren't. Don't even bother asking the employees here no one ever knows anything. The kiosks are down and no one is at the front counter to assist you. Terrible service they need to figure their stuff out.

Echoing other one-star reviews, it seems that customer service is a foreign concept. This time the check-in kiosk was broken so the person at the desk rudely instructed my husband to sign in at the desk. When I complained that a sign in sheet that showed other patients’ names to everyone else was a clear HIPAA violation, he rudely said my husband could either sign in or we could “go have a nice day.” Refused to find a supervisor, refused to give me a phone number for someone to speak to. Extraordinarily rude and dismissive.

Yesterday my 2-year-old son had a blood draw, he had previous ones at 19 months and 22 months. Prior visits were much better, but after yesterday I am strongly considering going to OHSU pediatric lab for future blood draws despite the inconvenience. Most disappointing was the customer service yesterday, it wasn’t warm or welcoming or trauma-informed at all. Also the lab was out of pediatric needles so he was poked with the smallest adult needle. I would have liked to been informed by staff prior to making the trip to the lab, also I’m wondering if staff could have made the effort to get a pediatric needle from a hospital department.

Very easy to get around inside of the hospital. They still have people that greet you at the entrances to ask where you are going and to give you a badge and a mask. Safety is always a high priority!

3 years ago the care for my 2 y/o son was excellent, but unfortunately during the last two and a half years the service and care for my son during his lab draws has continued to go downhill. They have a pediatric/kids room for blood draws that my son loves, but they have not roomed us in that room, thus making me ask/insist to be in that room (its painted with kid themed things, has a couple of toys and such, rather than being in the main adult lab draw chair and room) and the approach from the phlebotomy staff for a pediatric patient use to be amazing-getting kids in from the waiting room with priority over adults-as keeping kids calm while waiting to get their blood drawn can be difficult. Unfortunately the last few visits over the last couple years has been rather awful. Waiting long times, even though we scheduled an appointment time, and not prioritizing kids over the adults :( Plus not having a kid friendly or really supportive/encouraging approach by the phlebotomy tech for a kid that's getting poked with a needle. Our last visit an inexperienced technician poked my son and missed, thus a more seasoned tech stepped in to attempt with success the 2nd time. My son at that point was crying and being brave, but it was awful. Please have the techs train and try on adults! Not kids! At least tell the parent you are not very experienced and give the parent the option to decide if its ok or not to do the training on their child. We will not be going back to this lab, I have been disappointed too many times now, especially as this location that serves the Randall's children's hospital outpatient pediatric clientele, thus they should be seasoned and experienced with their approach with kids.

Saturday lab appointments available which is really convenient. Staff is friendly and we experienced little to no wait time. Client services currently needs 24-48 hours to process labs orders faxed in. Advise calling ahead to verify orders are in lab system or bring paperwork.

Forgot to take my fasting glucose and let me drink half of the glucose drink, creating false lab results. Refused to use the needle I requested and lied about the size like I can’t read. I also draw blood so I know what I talking about. Probably the most painful blood draw I’ve ever had. Instant bruising needle was larger than my vein.
