Couldn't nab a vein--not surprising after barely checking--so stuck me twice in my chosen arm before switching to my other arm. The tech moved the needle constantly, both in vein depth and angle, to get blood flow, and still failed to fill both necessary vials. To top it off, each arm was bandaged with gauze placed on a different surface the tech did not wipe down. Unbelievable.

Had a wonderful experience with phlebotomist, Bradley. I was having a hard time entering my check-in data & he kindly helped me with check-in. He was a very personable & knowledgeable young man who answered some questions I had about vitamin interactions with blood lab results. He also was very gentle with drawing blood as I never felt the needle. Thank you for hiring great employees like Bradley!

I've tried going in here a few times and it's been a frustrating experience. The first time they were closed, despite not listing it online. The second time they couldn't find the paperwork from either of my doctors. The third time I sat for 3 hours to get my blood draw. They said that they called my name, but I didn't hear it.
I recommend looking at other options with more consistent service. I also suggest that they add a speaker to the waiting room, and start using the TV to notify people when they are up.

Contrary to what other reviewers have posted here, I have always found the staff here to be courteous, efficient and helpful with navigating through insurance labyrinths. Ignore the negative reviews.

This place warrants zero stars but that is not an option. Total incompetence and inability to coordinate with physicians in the same building! Complete waste of time and staff who would generously be described as moronic. Avoid at all costs.

I gave this lab 1/5 stars because there wasn't an option to give it 0/5 stars. They can't even receive an order from the medical offices next door. I have to drive to the medical office, get a paper copy, and bring it into the lab. I am deeply sympathetic to all of the former providence employees that have to work at this terrible company and deal with people angry from hours long waits despite having appointments. When these labs were run by providence the service was good and the wait was minimal even if you didn't have an appointment and they could receive orders from the doctor's office instead of making you go into the doctors office and bring it to them like an errand boy. Self service quality at luxury, full service prices. The work enshittification exemplified.

Do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS LAB!!! IT IS NOW GARBAGE!!
After 10 hours my labs are still in transit.
It went 45 minutes after my appointment time before I finally BEGGED them to draw my labs while they continued to figure things out.
Labs that routinely take a few hours to run (as in in the field and KNOW this) are taking "36-48" hours WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE. I called to get help and the lady straight up HUNG UP ON ME when trying to get answers and speak to a supervisor.
DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL COSTS IT IS NOT ANYTHING LIKE LEGACY USED TO BE. Go anywhere but here!!!

The worse lab. Legacy did better with its own lab before this. The appt. time meant nothing, the technicians made no attempt to get to patients on time. The billing was ridiculous. They did not have my billing information at all for billing and never asked to see it during the visit. Insurance was never billed, so I got the bill. A rep from one of my insurance companies had to explain that and give them my billing information. Totally inept. They deserve no stars.

Horrible experience. They left me waiting over a week to get pathology back, checking for cancer. No reason why and no timeline was given. I didn't have a choice in the matter, but I would highly recommend you not using them and going to a lab that actually cares about their patients.
