For any parents of young children that need a venipuncture, there is a phlebotomist here that specializes in pediatrics, and she did a wonderful job with my 55lb child. Quick poke, fill and done. The receptionist with sparkly glasses was very kind too. We made an appointment for 2pm on a Wednesday, wait time was minimal. The pediatrician prescribed EMLA numbing cream that I applied to both inner elbows and wrapped with food wrap 45 min prior to appointment, and it was effective. Parking can take a while so we always give 25 min prior to the appointment. We dropped by the gift shop for a reward after it was all done.

They never seem to be able to find lab orders. I suggest getting a copy from your doctor snd take it in. Also the scanning of ID when I scanned my providence ID medical insurance card it came up I had Blue Cross which I don’t have. Staff said that’d because I have local insurance and they’d correct in in the lab. ??? How insulting and ridiculous. Their Lab is in providence hospital and the automatically list Blue Cross when they’re scanning a Providence medical card. Just plain incompetence !!!

But the 5 stars was for the lab technician. Explained everything really well and didn’t feel the needle. Great job.

I have never had a bad experience with Labcorp, and I had another great visit yesterday! While it is true that wait times can be long sometimes, especially depending on the clinic, the quality of care is phenomenal.
The receptionist was lovely, and helped me make sure we were getting the right labs to the right doctor.
The lady who did my blood draw was outstanding as well! She was calm and easy to talk to, which helped a lot as I am not a fan of needles. About halfway through the blood draw I asked how long she’d been doing phlebotomy, and she told me six months!! I have had quite a lot of blood draws over the years, and she administered this blood draw as well if not better than every other blood draw I’ve had. I cannot remember her name, but my visit was about 1:45pm on May 15th and I hope this review finds her. Thank you so much for making the whole process easy and comfortable!!

I was a little wary to schedule here given the reviews, but I needed to get an appointment on a Saturday. I scheduled online and used the kiosk to check in. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time and got seen right away. The process was FAST and EASY. I was so pleasantly surprised and would recommend this place to others.

Arrived at 9:30 am on Saturday. Checked in at the kiosk and was called back within 5 minutes. My results were sent within 24 hours

I waited 3 and half hours then I left. Made an appointment took one vile of blood. My doctor called me and said I didn't have all my tests done. Had to make another appointment and had to wait an hour. I got back there and they didn't know what they were taking my blood for. I had to get up and show them on the computer screen what needed to be done. Which was plain as day if they knew how to read.

Made an appt but was added to the queue of walkins. QR code didn’t work for check in and receptionist not interested. Phlebotomist was nice and efficient but not returning.

The lab couldn't find the orders for bloodwork. Dr. faxed them over 3 times. Tech finally tried to draw blood but missed the vein. Left me sitting there and went to wait on other patients. Finally told the Tech I had to be in nuclear medicine in 20 minutes. She said she could do the blood draw right away. Labcorp leaves a lot to be desired. Hate going to any of their locations. The techs are totally incompetent!

Scheduled online for lab work. Super easy process! Once I arrived, I scanned my QR Code on the kiosk. I arrived a bit early but was in and out even before my appointment time. I've been to this lab several times in the past and it's been chaotic. So many people waiting. Being able to schedule and not worry about sitting and waiting for who knows how long is great. My phlebotomist was nice as well.

Horrible experience with their billing department. Representatives were disrespectful and not knowledgeable.
