I do blood work check-ups every 6 months at this location and never had any issues. I usually come without an appointment, and my wait time is 5-15 minutes max. Easy and fast check-in.

The people here are friendly, confident, and good at blood draws. She got it easily on the first try and that is rare for me.

My experience was great! I had an appointment but I showed up about 30 minutes early. They didn’t make me wait until my time, I only waited 5 minutes max to be seen. All the ladies here were lovely, super friendly, quick, and professional. I maybe spent 20 minutes here total and was out before my original appointment time.

I was late to my appointment and didn’t have the paperwork but they were very pleasant, helpful and the only wait was as they quickly looked up my paperwork

There is no sense in creating an appointment for this place, you will still wait as long as all of the walk ins. I showed up on time (15 min early) for my appt and still waited well past my appointment slot.

I used to dread getting my blood drawn because I have very tricky veins and never knew if there'd be a phlebotomist around who could actually draw my blood. No longer! Everyone at this clinic has been able to draw my blood at least once, and Naheelah gets it spot on every single time. Everyone is so friendly and professional, too! I feel like many of the negative reviews must've confused this clinic with a different location, because these guys are awesome.

Why did they outsource this to labcorp. Awful

This is an absolutely horrible lab. I waited so long in January that my blood sugar became critically low (34). I went recently, and they didn't bill my insurance 3 weeks ago. They sent me a bill. 3 letters, and 7 emails have been sent to me since I went in. When I tried to talk to someone about the harassment I was hung up on. This business needs major reform.

Quickest and easiest lab draw I’ve had in a while. First time here and with the prior bad reviews I was concerned however it was 100% a positive experience for me. Showed up without an appointment, self check-in was easy, employees were pleasant to talk to, the Phlebotomist drew my blood on the first poke (that doesn’t happen often with my veins) and I was out of there. Literally in/out in 15 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Labcorp could employ a few humans to facilitate the check in and lab process. At current pay scales, how much could that be? $20/hour might save hours of frustration for patients. Previously a clipboard and sign-in with a pen worked just fine. Now there is a major procedure just to check in, and many seniors have difficulty with this. I arrived at 6:30am and stood in line, watching 5 people struggle with the check-in kiosk. An immigrant woman at the kiosk could not complete her check-in until a patient stepped up to help her. Once I was called, I was told there was no order for my blood test. Nurse checked 'up front' but could not find an order, though my doctors office submitted the order the afternoon prior. My 'claim' was met with disbelief and just a little hostility. I feel sorry for the staff who must deal with these inefficiencies. I left without a blood test, and will reschedule at the Legacy location, since I have that option. Hopefully it is a more positive experience.

St. Vincent Hospital is now using this new company which sadly it's extremely slow and the customer service has declined. Be ready to wait a long time before they can call you in.

Hard to schedule appointments, complicated check in process, especially for senor person. You have to answer the same questions on the screen
during scheduling and checking in, scan ID cards. How 87 year old person can do it? This lab is discriminating against senior people and people with disabilities, making the process of getting to the lab so complicated! Even with appointment we have to wait long time! What is the point of scheduling this appointment? It was much better lab under Providence ownership! Very sad

After waiting 90 minutes, they inform me that they don't have my lab orders. I've been hearing the same from several others who have been waiting.

The staff here have been great! My first visit I had my lab order as a PDF and was able to send it to them by email - glad they gave me a heads up that it can take a while to receive the emails though! On my second visit I had trouble with the check-in kiosk, which I wasn't expecting but they had the right info from my doctor's office so it worked out fine. I haven't had to wait longer than an hour to get labs done so far (both times during a weekday, so that probably helped!)

Provider ordered a CMP, part of standard annual exam. Labcorp billed out the panel as 12 individual tests, bilirubin, etc. Therefore my insurance did not cover it. Shady billing practices.
