Glad that the Cascade Station location was closing up soon and this one was open for another hour. My partner and I came in on a quick mission for a bra and we left feeling happy and grateful about coming all the way out here. The associates were so kind and amazing! Our banter with them was fun and smooth all while only being in the store for a max 20 minutes at most. Ladies like them really make a shopping experience a 15/10.

Went in to find some new bras but didn't really even know what I wanted or what I was looking for. Denise was AMAZING. So friendly, listened to what I had to say and found me the cutest new bras!! Also had a conversation about other things as well and I would definitely return purely based on her service alone. ?

I don't often shop LB because there are none close to me but I discovered this one at Jansen Beach and was pleasantly surprised at how awesome the customer service was. Some great summer sale stuff and excellent customer service. I went to 4 other businesses in the area and they all sucked! Give those ladies a raise!

My wife don't write reviews but I can tell you she is on cloud nine. Danyele helped her find the perfect bra and she was very helpful.
I guess if you are going to buy a bra , purchase it from Danyele at Lane Bryant at Jantzen Beach.

Sales associates are so helpful, not in your face annoying. Plenty of selections to choose from. You can make an appointment for free 1 hour custom fittings. Love the Jantzen beach store.

I hate to leave bad reviews for places but I went in there today and the folks were not kind nor helpful. I really needed a lot of new items and I walked out with nothing because I felt like the woman helping me was so unkind. Definitely will not be shopping here again

I had a wonderful experience at this Lane Bryant last weekend while shopping for a nice dress for an upcoming event. The employees greeted me with a smile and were eager to help me with whatever I needed. The associate who helped me was named Tiffany, and she was friendly and went above and beyond! I appreciate that she helped me to find the best deals in store/online. I'd return to this store over and over (if I lived closer) if only to receive such wonderful customer service. Shoutout to Tiffany and Felicia for your help and excellent service!

I especially love this lane bryant store. The store is always fresh with many new items displayed beautifully. The service is even better. Best shopping experience I have had.
