This is a scam and not even a good one. Sales people are pushy but without skill to make a sale, continually “apologizing” for their accent for some reason as though it has any bearing on the sale. Their lies about the products are not convincing and anyone with a brain can find these products much cheaper online, or even donated at thrift stores when their owners decided it wasn’t even worth it to apply. If you’re going to sell a bunk product, at least train your salespeople to sell a bunk product better. For this money I recommend a facial at a licensed salon/spa with a real esthetician, their stuff at least works for the price jeez.

The people in this store are unbelievably aggressive. I had an appointment to have my hair cut at the beauty school, (I'm a senior citizen,, and I have limited income.) The only reason I went with the guy was because he promised he wouldn't keep me long, and a friend told me their products work.
I barely made it to my hair appointment, and that was because he said HE didn't have time to do a full treatment. He talked me into buying some eye cream, and said he'd hang on to it for me till after my $10 haircut. I came back to pick it up, what a mistake it was to leave it there in the first place!! I told him I had to get going, I didn't want to ride the bus home in the dark. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. I didn't buy any more than I had already bought, $300 worth of creams, which really do seem to be effective. He did everything short of physically restraining me. I told him that what I'd already bought was almost half my social security, but he kept pressing me to buy a facial massager. I kept telling him that I wouldn't buy more, and I didn't. He was very frustrated, and I ended up riding the bus home in the dark with the most expensive purchase I've ever made.
In conclusion, the only reason I gave it even ONE star is because the product does seem to be helping with the bags under my eyes. I wonder about ANYONE who could pressure someone to spend their whole social security check on skin care. No moral compass AT ALL. It's extremely embarrassing to admit all this, so please save your negative comments people!! I just think people should be warned about the aggressive sales techniques these people use

Products suck, leave a terrible texture to your skin and also they're overpriced (IE: 300$ + face cream), They prey on people who are older who don't know any better and will try to target your insecurities to get you to buy their stuff. No return policy either.

My mom bought some creams and a facial machine that she was unsatisfied with so like any customer she went to return her products. Instead of asking why, they automatically threatened to call the police in an attempt to intimidate her. I understand not wanting to lose commission but opening her product and breaking the health seal in front of her and then telling her she can't return it is unacceptable. How are you going to take a purchased product from a customer and make it unreturnable?? Now I can't speak for the chain but this store in Tukwila has employed people who lack basic respect and purposely take advantage of their customers.

Would give zero stars if I could! Was walking through the mall with my mother and a skinny blonde female employee approached my mother and wouldn't leave her alone. When my mother said she was not interested and walked away the employee proceeded to insult my mother's skin. If your employees have to resort to insulting potential customers in order to get them to look your way, then it's likely your skincare sucks and is a scam. Visit Sephora or Ulta instead if you need great skincare. Absolutely disgusted with this place and their employee's lack of professionalism.

This company is unscrupulous. Prey on older women or those that might be looking for "answers" to poor skin, aging skin, etc. they use a very high pressure sales approach with staff who spend a lot of time distracting you with compliments and "demonstrations"'of how amazing your skin will be with their products. The cost is very high for their products and it does not stop there as they upsell you on everything. When you google their products the reviews are not what they tell you at all and you can purchase same thing on Amazon for a fraction of the cost! Total sham! Parent company takes no responsibility for the actions of these stores/employees as they are franchise and left to operate however they want without consequence. No return policy also makes it impossible to address your concerns with the product, promises, etc. Watch out! They troll the mall looking for vulnerable people!! Stay clear! You've been warned!!!

Scam scam. Brought back the product next day to return and was told to comeback to see the manager from 11-4pm because only the manager can process the refund. I have asked so many times that I can refund if I don’t like the product and the sale man said yes. Then this was what happened the next day when I brough the product back. They basically don’t want to refund my money. No one has that much time and be that flexible to hunt the manager. Give me a call. I have left my info at your store and now I want to return your product.

Thank you for taking advantage of my 80 year old grandfather and getting him to buy your $300 eye cream. Real classy people.

They will rip you off. Products do not work. And they refuse to take the products back or refund my money.
