MOST OF THE STAFF HERE HAVE BAD ATTITUDES AND I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF THEY'VE EVEN GONE TO SCHOOL BEFORE.

I’ve had so many unpleasant experiences with legacy. Billing department is full of employees that refuse to do anything to helpful. Veronica and Tara most recently. You’d think people that work in healthcare would want to be helpful and have empathy.

Front desk staff unfriendly, took 7am appt to avoid waiting and they still ran late. I asked the nurse about it and she said she just got there that was 15 minutes after my appointment time. Definitely some better management needed. Doctor was helpful and kind.
