Tested on the 5th. Was told my results would be in within 48 hours. 10 days later my sample has not even been tested yet. My start date has already been pushed back a week and next week is not looking good. What a joke!!!

Spent 15 minutes on hold before anyone picked up. She informed me she hadn't been speaking to anyone and there was no one else on hold, meaning she was just screwing around instead of working. She also couldn't tell me if my lab order was there or not. What a joke of a medical office.

I had the best experience getting a blood draw with Mike! He’s so good… patient and a great listener. I’m a really hard draw, normally get poked at least 3 times. He didn’t bat an eye, and got it on the first try. Thanks for making my day, Mike!!
