I had a flight to catch and Garrett helped me not only fix my glasses but get set up with a brand new pair that fit with my frames and made sure everything was in my budget. They saved my vacation.

I came to this plaza for shopping before I left Portland, but I found my glasses were very loose, and often fell down. I saw this Lens Crafters place and asked for help. They helped me fix the issue with my glasses quickly. The store manager, Tealy Dupree, was very helpful.
