Expensive price and never has bags. Had to walk around the mall holding my hat twice. Every store I went to i was being watched like I just took a hat. Plus the hat was dirty on top of everything!

Recently visited to get a custom logo placed on hats. It felt confusing during this initial visit because it didn't seem to be clear what file type was needed for the logo but we were assured it could be done. They were able to view the file before it was emailed to them and it was confirmed that the logo could be put on the hats. The timing on getting these back was rocky even though we were told 24-48 hours and we did have to call four times to check in. They were complete 6 days later and we didn't receive a call about this - we had to call to see if they were done. When the hats were received the stitching wasn't good quality. In this photo you can see one line is wavy and the last line with the smaller text is pretty hard to read. We did go back in to see about having this redone but will need to purchase additional hats ($50) and bring them in again. We were told we wouldn't be charged for the stitching to be redone but will not be moving forward with this option. There is no uniformity with the stitching and each hat we received has its own set of errors. It is expensive to stick with this company and take a gamble on what the new hats will look like. I do not recommend this company and will not return.

Went to the Lids by Nordstrom for some last minute holiday shopping and walked out with the best customized gifts ever. The guys helping me out made the whole process nice and smooth. Definitely gonna be buying from these guys more often.

I don't even know how to begin, I wasn't talked to the whole time I was in the store ! Not greeted, not a farewell, nothing. When I walked past the girl working she was on her phone, watching something with her head down. If you're going to be working at the mall especially where you need to have service, this type of work is not fit for these employees. Better yet I was too anxious to even ask for help on my hat size, because she had some friends walk in and started chatting it up with them. Guess I'll be going all the way to Clackamas for my hat needs now

Terrible experience. My bf bought a hat and had it customized for his dad as a Christmas gift. spent $60+ dollars just to find out the hat had been used and has sweat marks inside. we showed the lady after the customization was complete and she said there is nothing they can do and denied that it had been used. Made us feel like we were crazy and refused to accommodate us. Spending $60+ on a personalized Christmas gift just to find out it’s used and has sweat marks is frustrating and unacceptable. Manager was blunt, rude, and did not even help make the situation a little better by offering some sort of coupon in the future, a discount, etc. left with a used hat and annoyed at the entire experience.

Kayla helped my son and I find a great hat. She took her time to make sure we were happy with what we were purchasing. Hooked us up with a special stitching too. My son is stoked and so am I. Thanks Kayla??

This store was so small and hard to find. Was in the store for about five minutes. Not a single person asked me if I needed help. Didn't see any sales on hats, not very much variety, prices were averagely high. I walked about 200 feet outside the store to a bus parked in the mall outside of lids. They were selling Portland's hockey hats, shirts, stickers, and even small hats for dogs. I walked out of lids after 5 minutes of NO SERVICE and walked away from that Portland Hockey team bus 5 minutes later with some new gear after spending about $100. It could have been yours Lids, I guess you don't need the money or the business.Sincerely,California Out of towner moving to the area.

Not sure if I'll return. Wasn't greeted when I came inside and was treated like I was stupid with the questions I had because I hadn't been in there for a long while. Plus I had to pay 15 cents for the bag smh. Got a really nice hat tho
