I'd suggest going elsewhere if you want a pharmacy who really cares about their patients! Read on... I was thinking of switching my dogs meds over to this pharmacy, as they are located right up the street from me. They, however, just lost my business. My vet sent a prescription for my dog that she needs by this weekend. When I called, they hadn't even looked at it (and had hours to do so) and Dylan told me that their pharmacists go home at 5pm...although they are opened until 7pm. I asked for special consideration and he then said he'll put it on the list to be filled sometime next week. C'ya business with an eye only on the bottom line!

The staff at Lloyd Center Compounding Pharmacy are so helpful, personable and kind, even when I ask questions I'm sure they've answered a million times, they're patient and explain things really well. I also appreciate the fact that they reach out to my doctor and expedite the prescription refill process. I am so thankful for the work they do, and the timeliness of everything. Awesome service and just lovely people.

I was leaving on a trip and realized I needed a refill for a compound prescription, which had to be mailed to me, and I had two days to make it happen! Yikes! I called, communicated the urgency. To complicate the situation the pharmacy needed Dr's permission to refill and I live on the other side of town so mail can take one or two days. One technician called me back to confirm what was needed and when. Later the same day a second technician called to let me know the order was approved and in the mail that day! I received my prescription the very next day!! Wow!!! This prescription was filled in an amazing turn around time and with outstanding customer service! Thank you Lloyd Central Compounding Pharmacy!

The technicians and pharmacists at this compounding lab go above and beyond! Knowledgeable and friendly, very easy to give them a 5 star rating. I have been going here for several years, they are the best!

I've been using Lloyd Ctr Pharmacy for decades. Any time I contemplate moving out of Oregon, I think 'how do I replace them?'Quality is highest of standards ... afterall, I do trust them with my physical well-being! They are very organized, extremely knowledgeable & helpful.

The feminine sounding guy is incredibly rude, discourteous, unprofessional, and a lacking grasp of any form of respect for Customers. Leave your personal problems at home!!! And another female employee was rude. Amanda is very nice. Customers pay their Salary and keep the doors open. I spend a lot of money with them. Not anymore. They have lost my Business. My Doctor is no longer using them either.

I've only recently been using prescribed compounded medication in the past few months but I MUST give LCRX a MAJOR shout out! Not only is the staff exceptionally efficient and courteous, the pharmacist took great pains to explicitly educate me on my prescription in addition to pointing me in the direction of other relevant resources. Just yesterday, I noticed I forgot to refill my prescription and not only was I able to call it in but it came in the mail today! I'm unbelievably pleased with their competence and level of customer service and will happily recommend them to friends and family if they are ever in need of specialized medicine.

A week after receiving my prescription from my doctor they called me to say it would be at least an additional week to fill my order. They had 2 weeks to fill it. When you are not feeling well this is really really hard to accept. I am l going out of town for 3 weeks so it will be at least a month or more before I can get it filled. The person who called me said they wouldn’t fill it until I called back upon my return. So if I call I am assuming it will be at least another week or more to to get it filled. I do not want to suffer that long!The pharmacist called me later in the day and assured me that I could pick up my prescription by the end of the week. I was pleased with the way he responded to the situation.

This place used to be good but not recently. Limited typing space here, so.. No longer taking electronic signature from the doctor! Calls, messages back and forth to doctor...I had to call back Lloyd to approve?? Waiting a WEEK now and they're waiting for me to call them and haven't started filling it yet. What? WHY??Changing pharmacy today...

This place used to be good but not recently. First, they're they're no longer taking the electronic signature from my doctor! After calls and messages back and forth to the doctor, I had to call Lloyd back to approve?? So now, it's been a week of back and forth and they were waiting for me to call them again and haven't started filling it yet. What? WHY?? This is just a refill. This is craziness. I'm changing pharmacies today.

Ended up not even filling my prescriptions here due to the absolute rudeness of the staff. I was trying to get medications filled for my dog and they were entirely unhelpful and one of the actual pharmacists, we will call him Stitch, ended up hanging up on me. If that alone isn't reason enough to go elsewhere, their prices were ridiculous compared to any pharmacy I've ever filled with in the area. It's also way too long of a wait to get a person on the phone. They answer asking you to hold, put you on hold, then repeatedly pick up and ask you to hold again. Definitely don't recommend and they will not be getting any business/money from me.

I originally started coming here at my doctors recommendation in 2016 and have had really good service and communication.Since 2020 the service has been pretty spotty, refills are harder to get done on time, they just won’t call you, and you have to make sure to follow up if you want your prescription. I get that we were having a pandemic, I was patient.The last prescription I had to call asking if it was ready and they said no, that because I had a prescription that was a controlled substance (testosterone) I could not get a refill until a certain date. I called my doctor asking what was going on since I haven’t had this problem before. They had changed the dosage amount (increase in dosage), however the pharmacy didn’t increase the volume to match the dosage and the time for refill.Long story short what was wrong with this entire transaction and why I will not use this pharmacy again is the customer service; the person (male sounding), shamed me about using to much of the product to soon. He was rude and condescending, and completely unhelpful in the moment, he also would not call my doctor for me.By the time my doctor got it sorted, I asked to have my items shipped since I didn’t want to go there, plus I have a credit card on file, should have been easy. A week later I called asking where it was. They said there was not a credit card on file, (again, no phone call). So I go to the pharmacy to pick it up and pay. When I get to the register she says “would you like to use the credit card on file?”The prescription that I was shamed for using to much to soon, now comes in two bottles instead of the one they gave me before, guess they realized the dosage increased and fulfilled the order correctly.My prescription is for my general help with female hormones and not life threatening. What are they doing to other folks that do have a need for medications to stay alive?Never going back, switching to Pharmica.
