Strongly dislike giving anyone 1 star but this is my experience. I was given a blank cardboard white paper in an envelope instead of a gift card with store credit , when I went to go use it towards a $3100 purse to purchase I was shocked to learn that they have such dishonest employees. I lose my respect for them a lot over this experience. To top that off client services didn’t help with this either. They clearly saw all the records of the credit on my account but wouldn’t honor it. Super disappointed. Please do your double checking and don’t trust that the gift card inside the sealed small envelope is actually there because I trusted the employee was honest and didn’t open it until I was ready to buy more and found a blank.

Store was efficient. There's security. The staff was friendly. They were not snooty like other locations. I went in knowing what I wanted. Glad they didn't try to talk me into other products like the other stores I've been to. We were not followed around the store while browsing like the Honolulu branch.

The sales associate (blonde lady with blonde eyebrows) didn't get her name, that assisted wasn't helpful at all. She was lazy and was trying to rush me in deciding what purse I wanted to purchase. I asked to see monogram pm on the go she said it was displayed upfront, went to go see it and it was all the way on top of the shelf. She didn't want to grab it I guess and gave me display purse when I requested for a new one at the back (gold hook for the straps had scratches and she said it was a design). Overall experience was a huge disappointment. Went to Gucci afterwards and the atmosphere was so different very attentive and friendly.

Incredibly bad customer service from client advisor Jessica. I have been shopping at this store for years and will never again due to her attitude. Louis Vuitton do better hiring people who actually want to help customers spend 1000's of dollars.

Jess was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and patient. I told her what I wanted and ended up buying the first bag she showed me. Highly recommend asking for Jess. She made it such an amazing experience!

The woman that helped us was so kind! I went there with my two siblings, and she gave us so much information! She had brown hair with bangs and was dressed nicely. Amazing!

I wanted to speak directly with the Portland LV store to ensure they had the bag I wanted prior to going to the store. I called the number that yelp has listed. Took me to a 800 customer service. I asked specifically for the purse at the Portland store and he said maybe. I asked to speak directly to the Portland store and he didn't want to transfer me. He wanted to sell me something. I insisted on dealing with the Portland store and was put on hold. I also wanted to check stock on 3 other purses at the Portland store but after 20 minutes I hung up. I am aghast at the horrible customer service. I have purchased many LV bags at many stores including Portland. I guess I won't be purchasing a Louie in the near future...... give a direct phone number so customers can call the store of their choice. !! It's about the shopping experience!

I bought a hang bag today, they gave me an old blank white shopping bag. When i ask they just said they out of lv shopping bag so that they gave me a really cheap one. Why they can treat customers at a luxury store like that. It is ridiculous.

Worst customer experience I had ever experienced. I spent thousands of dollars on LV product and came in to return one of my purchases I had bought on vacation at another LV store as I didn’t love it and to purchase more from the store. They told me it had signs of wear when it has never been used - literally how I bought it. The only thing I had done with the bag was put it in my suitcase and bring it back to Portland So I couldn’t return it and now I am stuck with a bag I hate. Don’t shop here. Give your business to someone else.
