Wow. GREAT customer service. I found Lovesac on the hunt for a couch and had an amazing experience with the employees on 23rd. They were thoughtful, they helped me understand what makes Lovesac unique, they weren't pushy, and they were so kind - even bringing cushion covers to my car, and being sweet with my kids while we talked through our purchase together. Even with two kids in tow, the experience of purchasing a couch was seamless, and it was matched by great/fast tracking and delivery. I love when a company thinks about the service experience end to end, and I was so impressed. Definitely worth the $$!

Firstly, I'd like to give a shoutout to Dani at Lovesac NW 23 in Portland, Oregon. Her level of customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I firmly believe she deserves recognition in the form of a raise and should be considered for a promotion due to her consistently exceptional performance. Dani meticulously managed every step of the process, demonstrating an impressive ability to anticipate and address any questions or concerns I had.As for the sectional selection process, I must commend the staff at the NW 23rd showroom in Portland. They assisted my wife and me in devising a layout based on measurements we provided. We explored various materials and options, and what truly sets this company apart is their generous 60-day exchange policy, which allowed us to make adjustments according to our evolving needs. Despite an initial hiccup with the chosen material not quite matching our home lighting, Dani's attentiveness and the company's exchange policy enabled us to find a perfect solution. Notably, Dani even adjusted the showroom lighting to replicate our home environment, ensuring our satisfaction.One of the reasons we decided to go with Lovesac is the flexibility offered by their individual pieces. This allows for ease of potential replacement of covers if there's a stain or damage from pets. Moreover, if our style changes over time, we have the option to rearrange, purchase individual cushions, or buy a whole new cover set without needing to replace the entire sectional. This flexibility makes it a great long-term investment, especially considering that sectionals are timeless pieces that never go out of style. We could even transform it into a couch and loveseat later on if desired.Moving forward, I'd like to offer a couple of suggestions to the company. Firstly, I recommend exploring the possibility of integrating a recliner seamlessly into existing sectionals. While I love my couch, I do miss the comfort of a recliner. Additionally, offering a standalone wireless phone charging option, separate from the complete sound system, would be a welcome addition.Overall, my experience with Lovesac NW 23 has been outstanding, largely thanks to Dani's exceptional service. I'm thrilled with my sectional and look forward to future innovations from the company.

We are in love with our Sactionals!! We live in a Highrise Downtown, and realized when moving in that our couch was not going to come with us. We literally couldn’t get it in our unit! We did some research and quickly discovered that Love Sac would meet our needs. James was so incredibly helpful (and patient as we visited 3 times before we made up our minds). We’ve had our love seats for 6 weeks now and couldn’t be happier. They are sturdy, and assembly was straightforward. So glad we found them. Would highly recommend them!! Thanks!

I had a really great all around experience with Maya at lovesac! My husband and I went to the showroom and she showed us everything we needed to know about the sactionals, gave us advice on fabrics (we have a dog) and even mapped out how our sactional could be configured in our space. We never felt like she was pressuring us for a quick sale, either. She sent us a quote of everything we wanted, and I was even able to text them directly to make changes. So convenient. We ordered our sactional for the Black Friday sale shortly after visiting the showroom, and had amazing service from beginning to end, with check-in emails and texts to ensure everything was going great. Thanks so much for the best experience!

Topher was INCREDIBLE to work with. We came in with a budget, a million questions, and a wild 4 year old distracting us. Topper was incredibly patient, gave his expert opinion and knowledge. His overall kindness and knowledge of the product made us feel comfortable to move forward, but still needed a night to think about the options. We went back in two days later and Topher had three options and models ready to show us all within our budget and needs. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making this experience as easy as possible.

Staff at the NW Portland showroom were extremely helpful, patient, and informative. They were willing to give me answers to all my questions without making me feel like they were pressuring me at all. They were communicative in giving me a full rundown of my configuration options as well as emailing me a quote for my chosen options again without pressuring me to make an immediate decision and purchase.The Lovesac website is not perfect; there are some clunky interfaces with the builder tool and confusion with some of the terminology (regular vs. “deep” sections, etc) so it was really nice to be able to go in to the showroom and feel confident in my custom build.Overall a great purchase experience.

The hubs and I came in (after visiting 6 furniture places) on Presidents Day weekend. Dan was awesome, patient, and super-helpful! We came home, verified some measurements and actually purchased the exact setup he helped us choose. That was (literally) 8 days ago and today, I have a new awesome sofa! Great customer service. 60 day return policy is great- we end up needing to change our pillow size- and instead of needing to return the whole set (seat and pillow) they made an exception and allowed us to pack up just the pillows. This was much appreciated! Topher was really amazing at helping us out. We love our Lovesac purchase.

We have loved working with Taylor and Dani at the Lovesac store on NW 23rd, and have loved our Lovesac sactionals. We started with the indoor sactional in our new home; howver, once we moved in, we determined the color of our covers weren't quite the right hue and exchanging was so easy. We have loved our indoor sactional so much, we decided to take the plunge with their outdoor sactional. While we already had existing patio furniture, our Lovesac outdoor was so much more comfortable, we are now looking to sell our existing set to replace with additional Lovesac.Throughout this process, both Taylor and Dani have been so easy to work with, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you! You both are part of the reason why we continue to purchase Lovesac items.

This was our first adventure with LoveSac and Dani and Taylor made it a dream! We had a ton of questions and a limited budget. They were able to work with us to make this big purchase fit our needs.
