Warning! Lowe's offers no way to track your order. Three weeks ago we ordered closet doors. The date they are to arrive constantly changes. Staff at Lowe's will not contact their shipping provider Estes because they claim they are too busy. Calling customer service provides no relief. They don't answer their phones. Finally someone at Lowe's in Gresham, Oregon contacted Estes Shipping but had no way to track the order. Hopeless!

Had a dishwasher delivery issue with another company and had a time sensitive need to pick up same day. The rep in appliances listened to our needs, went back and checked stock, reviewed the available units for us and brought the one we chose to the front. Great employees make great experiences.

Visiting family and brother’s sink busted. Ran here for parts to fix it. Selection and cleanliness are wonderful and the employee I asked for directions to the correct aisle was very friendly. The prices were really good too! Way below the price I would have expected back home at the Ace I usually go to.I worry about one employee I saw though, which is the only reason I don’t give this 5 stars. The poor kid looked extremely ill and I even offered to call an ambulance, though they seemed in such a state that I’m not sure they understood. I really question the ethics of the leadership team here that this employee was allowed to clock in or made to stay or anything like that. Seems a bit like abuse of workers to me. I honestly just hope that kid gets home safe. No one should be in danger just to appease a retail employer. If I weren’t so far from home, I’d offer the kid a job immediately just so they could have safer income.

The customer service online is horrible. The chat service failed so many ways. The app couldn't find my order. It wasn't convenient at all. Rather stressful actually. I had to talk to the different people online and the phone before I could get my issues resolved. Just go inside

Walked into Lowes to look at appliances with our 3 grandkids. Right away they welcomed us and set our 3 up with making small wooden tool boxes! The kids loved it! Lowes just goes the extra step!! Thank you!!

I had a kitchen remodel done by Lowes. Three years later, the cabinet over the refrigerator fell off the wall. It had been hung on the drywall with plastic bolts. After a month of being given the runaround, Susanna Mora called to say Lowes wasn't responsible because it had been over two years, and they no longer worked with that installer. From a customer service standpoint, it might be better to send someone out to repair a seriously defective installation, and she said that is not their policy.

They seem to be very helpful now a days. A few years back the employees seemed to be very rude and unprofessional due to the high theft in the shopping center. A couple years back there also was a security guard who shot a man who was grabbing pallets to recycle at a local pallet recycler. The man had permission from a manger of Lowe's to be grabbing the pallets but the security guard was not stable and he shot the man dead over an argument that hadn't even gotten physical. They new security detail send to be more professional and the area seems to be getting back to normal. The Lord now has an air machine for there customers to fill there tires if needed which is a nice little extra on their part. The selection at this Lowe's is decent and they always seem to have what I am looking for. This is a store I recommend over the local home Depot for your hardware and garden needs.

In general I have been very pleased with Lowe’s but two recent purchases went pretty wrong. First, a refrigerator delivery where the installers didn’t install two top screws on the freezer door. They came back three days later to fix it with the wrong screws. It still works but when I buy a new fridge I prefer to have it look right. Second, a stackable washer and dryer the install crew called and said they could not finish it because I didn’t buy the stacking brackets. Turns out the brackets were in the dryer. Then I had to rewire the dryer because they hooked it up wrong (color coded mind you). At Best Buy or Home Depot these items earn you at a minimum a gift card. At Lowe’s an apology.
