Super nice staff, the only thing I don’t like about this store is that almost EVERYTHING is touched by people coming into the store which is pretty gross if you think about it. They do have testers but for their bars and such people just touch everything. Very pricey but good quality.

I came in the other day to look for some Christmas gifts and was blown away by the amazing customer service!! I was helped by Maribella, who was both so knowledgeable about the products, and so sweet and friendly. Such an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back here soon!!

This particular Lush I had an amazing experience and the staff was incredibly helpful. My indecisiveness in getting gifts for my family was greatly helped by Maribella who was able to give me an amazing selection of sugar scrubs and perfumes that I think my mom will love!

This store is full of the sweetest people and the best products! My wife and I were shopping over the weekend and always stop by when we’re in the area to pick up bath bombs. We were helped by Paige who was absolutely phenomenal! She gave me a sample of this deep conditioner that I liked so much, I went back in to buy. Tonight I had another amazing experience with Orion and Haley who were just absolutely lovely. It had been a long work day, and their kindness was so appreciated.
All this to say, we are customers for life! There are several Lush stores in the area and this location is our new go-to!

Ysabella at the Portland 23rd location was so kind and wonderful. We chatted about life and many other things and in the end, it was her awesome guidance that drew me to purchasing some truly wonderfully scented things. They were Christmas gifts and she really listened to what I wanted and needed. Would recommend keeping her! She’s amazing!

Paige was an extreme joy for my family to have this pleasurable experience with. I mean the word experience with zero exaggeration.
She had the energy that left me with the inspiration to start any business just to hire her on. I look forward to going back once our inventory depletes, and we all hope to see her there when we do.

This place is awesome. My girlfriend is into skin care and I’m not very experienced in that realm. However, Maribella was so so very amazing and knowledgeable. She was so sweet and a great addition to the Lush team. We will absolutely be coming back for more!❤️

Update: I made a dispute with my bank and my money back. Customer service was no help, don't shop here.
After getting an allergic reaction, I was instructed to send back the product via mail to their Canada location (8668 Cambie St. Vancouver BC V6P6M6). It's been months, and I still don't have my money back. I'm convinced they received it and refuse to tell me the truth. I've been in contact with customer service and to no avail. I'm so disappointed.
