  I came in for a gel color change because I wasn’t happy with the design from my original nail salon—not because my nail tech did a bad job, I just didn’t like how the design turned out after looking at it for a while. And they were booked for the day so they couldn’t fix it.
  
  I really appreciated that this salon was able to take me in last minute, but I had a few concerns. The tools didn’t seem properly sanitized, and the work area wasn’t very clean either. The nail tech was kind, but she was a bit rough with my nails and didn’t use a base coat.
  
  I was also told over the phone that a gel color change would be $20, but it ended up being charged $26.
  
  While I’m grateful for the last-minute appointment, I personally don’t feel this salon is sanitary or properly equipped, so I likely won’t return.

  I have been getting acrylics elsewhere for over a year and just moved to this area. I had to go a little longer between fills because of my move, and when I sat down three of the employees crowded around me and started all telling me how yellow and old and dirty my acrylics had become. That’s why I was there and they made me feel embarrassed and ganged up on.
  
  And then today one of my acrylics popped off and I have two weeks until my next fill.

  Horrible.
  First they gave me a toenail fungus some years back. I was getting my nails done nowhere but there. And they cut me. And I'm pretty sure that's how the fungus got in.
  So I went back there the other day and I asked him to use a separate implement on my big toe and not transfer it to all my other toes because you spread fungus that way.
  I only asked them to have a dedicated tool for my two big toes. I asked very politely, and explained different ways several times to help them understand. They just did not understand and it was impossible to communicate.
  And then they told me they weren't going to provide the service. Because I asked him to use one separate tool for my big toes only so it's not to spread the fungus to the other toes that were unaffected.
  I've never seen anything like it. Simply because I was asking them to be safe and not spread the fungus they got all offended or something..
  Whatever BYE!!
  It was as if I was asking them to do something so beyond reason, they couldn't take it.
  Ridiculous.
  I'd be a nervous about them cutting me and also nervous about them spreading fungus through their tools or their tubs.
  A terrible place to go, poor service, they don't understand what you're trying to say, and when there's hundreds of other salons in the area, bye!!
  They were rude. An unwilling to do the one simple thing I asked. Very simply to use a separate implement on my big toes.
  I'm solid on my one star rating that's all they deserve.
  And I went to them for years years ago and I would not give them a higher rating, in view of the fact that they gave me toenail fungus.

  This place is beautiful inside with very pleasant owners who explained they don't rush and do an excellent job with their pedicures.

  I walked in this evening and Vivian was available to do my nails for me.
  
  This was my 3rd visit to this Salon over a couple of years so I have no real connection to them. I typically get a simple gel manicure but wanted a little more fancy this time as it's my 60th birthday 🎂 this coming week.
  
  I chose a design and Vivian did a great job. We made an adjustment to the pattern and I couldn't be happier.
  
  Cost was $51 + tip added

  Wow! Great overall experience. We walked in with no appointment and were greeted right away. My friend and I had the M&S deluxe pedicure and it did not disappoint! We felt very relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended!

  I’ve always had the best time here Vivian is the best at eye brows and she does so well with nails as well. I gave her a difficult design to go off of and she did so amazing I love my nails more than the original ones I used for the example!!! Thanks again!

  This nail salon is fantastic and the people who work here work very hard and are dedicated to give you the best experience possible. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks whether I get a manicure or pedicure. I love all of the nail technicians who work here and highly recommend the dip manicures and shellac pedicures-they last a long time. I also enjoy getting the deluxe pedicure as it is a very relaxing experience. The prices are also very fair.

  I have visited here about 4 times! I always get a gel manicure. I have liked the way my nails look after i leave but then within a week I have had issues with chipping or the gel peeling off. It's frustrating to have a gel manicure only last a week. I like how friendly the staff is and have felt the price is affordable compared to other nail salons, however,
  I'm starting to feel like I'm getting what I pay for.

  the owners are super friendly and dont force u to chat, however the experience was a bit rough. she made my cuticles bleed with the clippers and drill, and 2 of the nails are crooked. i asked for almond shape and she gave 7 almost nails (almost oval) and 3 oval nails there was nail base stuck under my nails. the lady was super nice but was really rough with my nails. i love the coloring she did, and if they were the same shape and uncrooked the rating wouldve been higher. i really want to love this place considering theres not many other nail salons near me ;( these were $85 with tip

  I had French Gel manicure done for my vacation. Got my nails done on 7/11, flew out for vacation 7/12. It's 7/15. The gel polish didn't adhere properly. The GEL polish is peeling off my natural nails. One nail broke clear down to the bed and started bleeding as I changed from my swimsuit to a pair of pants. I've never been so disappointed with the quality of a manicure.
  
  The total cost is based on a Gel pedicure, Gel manicure, and eyebrow wax.

  M&S nails spa in Kingsland is very expensive!!! They are the new owners I guess they're needing help to pay for that Mercedes G Wagon!!! I will never go again a week after my fill in my nail polish began to chip.

  Fresh set, love these nails! Vivian always does such a great job! She made the 3D flower out of powder which was really cool and it turned out beautiful.
