I am over 50 and was really needing help refreshing my makeup as some of the products/colors I had been using through my 30s and 40s just weren’t working anymore. When I went in for the first time to this MAC store, Dakota helped me and recommended a fabulous lipstick color that I would never have picked out on my own. I get tons of compliments on it! She is so knowledgeable about the products and excels at knowing which products will look best on you and helping you try new things. Dakota is now my go-to for any make up needs and I highly recommend her and this particular store for yours!

Rude staff!!! Second time ordering from here.
First one was in person. This time I ordered online (same day delivery) a rather sizable order for my upcoming travel. The free sample was missing. It is not about the sample itself. It was a convenient travel size option for me. When I called them they said come and get the missing item from the store. If I had time to go to the store, why would I pay extra for same day delivery. On top of that the person on the phone was extremely rude.

This store offers excellent selection, a well organized shopping experience, and the staff member we worked with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of our questions. I will definitely be back. My expectations were exceeded.

Ive been using mac studio fix powder plus foundation for over 8 years. They recently changed the formula and it's nothing compared to the original. The coverage is so light now and my skin is now breaking out. The color I've always used (nw 25) is now way darker so they told me to get nw18 which still doesn't match my skin tone. You can see every pour and it now enhances my dry skin when before it did not. I am so sad that mac could care less about the customers feedback on this. I will never shop at mac or buy another mac product again. How are you going to reformulate a product making it worse? Very weird.

Excellent service. Went to buy a gift. I know very little about cosmetics. The salesperson was very nice and helped me pick outs items while staying in my budget.

As a 60 year old, high-maintenance woman who hasn’t bought makeup in over a year. Rachel gave me so much time and attention and was incredibly patient with me. I came in to buy my mother some products and ended up buying myself and sister products as well. Rachel is so amazing. Please give her recognition and a reward - absolutely phenomenal!

Visiting this MAC store was such a breath of fresh air compared to the Sephora across the way. The store was clean and welcoming. I was helped right away by Rachel H. who honestly was so great! She helped me find my perfect lipstick and matching liner. She hooked me up with samples and set me up for their rewards program which I’ve somehow never joined before. MAC is more affordable than Sephora and much more of a “luxury” experience these days. Thanks, Rachel!

While the products are generally good, the customer service at this location is lacking. It was not this way a couple years ago. The woman I spoke with was rude and not helpful. Thankfully a call to the customer service line fixed what the store would not. Avoid this store.

Had such a pleasant experience with Rachel today. I stopped in looking for a lipstick and was greeted quickly, offered suggestions on other shades and products to check out and given a primo spot to try on in natural light. It’s clear that Rachel is knowledgeable, and teaming that with her great customer service, she makes a fantastic ambassador for MAC. I’m excited for the opportunity to come in again.

Hayley is the best! Not only helped me select products to create an easy Smokey eye look but also helped my 7 year old select some fun products as well and boosted my kiddo’s love of makeup. We will be back!

I had the best experience of any MAC store here with Morgan. She was so welcoming, kind and so enthusiastic about the work that she does! She made me feel so comfortable, asked me questions to understood my ask and she even thought me how to use everything that I purchased……she knocked it out of the park!! I thoroughly enjoyed my time.
Also I love my new eyeshadows and brushes and because Morgan took the time with me, I have worn my new goodies every single day since. I can’t recommend her at the Bridgeport store more :)

Went in today with a specific blush I needed to buy. A staff member was helping me. Eventually telling me although they still make it, their store is sold out. She called Washington square to check if they had it. Nope. I told her it’s been a few years and asked if it was discontinued and she said it wasn’t. She tells me to order it online. By the time I’m home and ready to order it I see the color is discounted and renamed to another color but the same product. Call the store back and sure enough they have the product (new name). I’m irritated because it was 40 minutes of my day and now I have to go back. Okay mistakes happen. But when I called to have them put it on hold for the next day, a girl gave ME attitude. No. Go to Washington square. The staff is actually knowledgeable and sweet.
