Mackin’s is the best auto repair shop in Portland in my opinion. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. The repair experience is highly professional, communication is excellent, and the repair work is of the highest craftsmanship.

Customer service is alive and well at Mackins Hollywood Auto Body. The staff here handled our damaged vehicle with expert care, communication and professionalism. The stress from our car accident was greatly lessened due to the support we received here. I just picked up our vehicle and it looks as if nothing happened--magic. A shout out to Zach for his follow through and calm, grounded disposition throughout this process. Thanks folks, and Happy 2025 to you all.

Daniel and the Mackin’s team were amazing when it came to repairing my car. They have an easy set up with Enterprise rentals and are so fast to send estimates to the insurance companies. Lori at the front desk is also super helpful. Communication and customer service were fantastic!

Pleasantly surprised how smooth of an experience this was. Mackin’s got my car in a few days after the estimate- another nearby shop that I also got a quote from could not get my car in for another month. All staff were friendly. Daniel was accommodating and communicated with me every few days with updates. He even offered to drop my car off at my house after repairs were done because I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until a few days later. Great auto body work and my car came back impeccably clean. Highly recommend Mackin’s.
