Always a happy place 😊. Good finds in the women's fragrance. There's a sales associate named Pam. What an Amazing personality and sales person! We watched her as we waited our turn and WOW! Her smile just lights up everyone she helps. she's friendly and professional ,she's the real deal!! She deserves a raise!

Came into the furniture section with my girlfriend just to guess some of the prices and compare with our guesses and the old sales lady with blond hair and glasses was very rude for no reason? We literally did nothing it was very bizarre and she was just outright mean to my girlfriend

To be honest we always go into the mall through Macy's so we can go upstairs and avoid all the kiosk people on the first floor who always try to stop you...lol

Title: Misleading Clearance Signs
I am extremely disappointed with Macy's. I recently visited their store, enticed by the large "Clearance" signs prominently displayed. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that many of the items were not marked down as significantly as the signs suggested. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers into the store. I expect honesty and transparency from a retailer like Macy's, but this experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. I won't be shopping here again if this is how they treat their customers.
